Robert De Niro, who has a child with autism, was going to personally introduce the film, Vaxxed, to the audience at his Tribeca Film Festival in New York.

He thought the film was important. It makes a case for a connection between vaccines and autism.

Then, an uproar ensued, pressure was brought to bear, and De Niro decided to cancel the screening at his festival.

Hello, goodbye.

One of the angles used to pressure him? People might agree with the film’s content and decide not vaccinate their children, or they might decide to space the vaccines out over a longer period of time. This horrible act might endanger lives. It might kill children.

Therefore, don’t let people see the film. Don’t let them be contaminated. Don’t let them make up their own minds. Don’t let them have access to information. You see, the parents themselves are children wandering in the wilderness, with no ability to analyze information. They must defer to the experts. They mustn’t listen to other voices. They mustn’t be permitted to think.

Free speech? Never, ever heard of it.

You see, this is Science. Only certain people know what science says or means. They are the chosen few in the palace. They decide for the rest of us. They are the little gods and the censors.

I don’t know about you, but I’m sick and tired of this bullshit.

On big screens all over the country, you can put up movies depicting people being torn limb from limb, drowning in their own blood, you can put up movies with panting soft-porn money shots, you can put up movies that blow up half the world; but you can’t show a movie that questions the effects of vaccines.

That’s show biz, where the stars are co-opted on a daily basis, and if they move off the dime, they’re attacked in the press.

But so what?

Listen, Robert, you could have shown the film, and you could have laid on a live presentation afterwards, with speakers delivering both sides of the issue right there in the theater. You could have stood up and said you weren’t going to be bulldozed. You could have said Film itself is based on the sanctity of free speech and there was no way you were going to sacrifice that principle. You could have drawn a line in the sand. You could have parlayed your reputation and awards in the industry to make a point. You could have explained who pressured you and why. You could have refused to let the moment pass. You could have broken the back of censorship, and you could have enlisted the aid of a few of your famous friends, right up on stage, to back you up. You could have turned the whole thing around, because after all, you were just preparing to show a film. That’s what you were doing. With enough force behind your words (you know how to do that, don’t you?), you could have exposed the whole insane sham of Don’t Show a Film. You could have said, “This is not the Censored Tribeca Film Festival. That’s not the name of this event and it never will be.” You could have blown the doors apart. You could have gone live and done in public, for once, what you do on the screen. You could have hit the censors in their snake eyes and put them away. You could have gone on The View and Fallonand Kimmel and Oprah and made your case against the people who want to shut down free speech. And you know you could have scored a victory.

But you didn’t do that. You backed down.

It’s not too late. You can still fire up your courage and your outrage and show the film. It’s your festival. You’re the boss.

Do you realize the size of the rock you’re standing on? Do you know what the First Amendment really means?

So what if you’re shy in public. So what if you need a script?

I’ll give you a script. I’ll give you one. It’ll melt the spines of those arrogant cowards who want the public to obey and keep their mouths shut and submit to wall-to-wall surveillance and march all the way to their graves without a whimper in the land of the free and the home of the brave.

COTO graduates - From Korn Country

My lovely daughter Cristina is starting her teaching internship Jan. 6 th as an art teacher. I am filled with pride and love for her. She has developed into a painter first class and a magnificent human being. She has worked her way through UT and graduates in May 2013. Cristina is the first member of My family to graduate college.

Maybe there is hope for this old human race. I am too old and bitter to effect any positive change. I never dreamed that I would father anyone as wonderful as she.This poor old heart has found joy once again.

We have had a visitor come often to see what we are doing. Though he never comments, Nikolay Kotev gives us thumbs up frequently.

The Penn State Scandal - More than Meets the Eye

1969 - Jerry Sandusky starts his coaching career at Penn State University as a defensive line coach.

1977 - Jerry Sandusky founds The Second Mile. It begins as a group foster home dedicated to helping troubled boys and grows into a charity dedicated to helping children with absent or dysfunctional families.

January 1983 - Associated Press voters select Penn State as college football's national champion for the 1982 season.

January 1987 - Associated Press voters select Penn State as college football's national champion for the 1986 season.

1994 - Boy known as Victim 7 in the report meets Sandusky through The Second Mile program at about the age of 10.

Take a book of just 13 pages, written by a relatively obscure 93-year-old man, which contains no sex, no jokes, no fine writing and no startlingly original message. A publishing disaster? No, a publishing phenomenon.

Indignez vous! (Cry out!), a slim pamphlet by a wartime French resistance hero, Stéphane Hessel, is smashing all publishing records in France. The book urges the French, and everyone else, to recapture the wartime spirit of resistance to the Nazis by rejecting the "insolent, selfish" power of money and markets and by defending the social "values of modern democracy".

The book, which costs €3, has sold 600,000 copies in three months and another 200,000 have just been printed. Its original print run was 8,000. In the run-up to Christmas, Mr Hessel's call for a "peaceful insurrection" not only topped the French bestsellers list, it sold eight times more copies than the second most popular book, a Goncourt prize-winning novel by Michel Houellebecq.

The extraordinary success of the book can be interpreted in several ways. Its low price and slender size – 29 pages including blurbs and notes but just 13 pages of text – has made it a popular stocking-filler among left-wing members of the French chattering classes. Bookshops report many instances of people buying a dozen copies for family and friends.

But Mr Hessel and his small left-wing publisher (which is used to print runs in the hundreds) say that he has evidently struck a national, and international nerve, at a time of market tyranny, bankers' bonuses and budget threats to the survival of the post-war welfare state. They also suggest that the success of the book could be an important straw in the wind as France enters a political cycle leading to the presidential elections of May 2012.

In a New Year message Mr Hessel, who survived Nazi concentration camps to become a French diplomat, said he was "profoundly touched" by the success of his book. Just as he "cried out" against Nazism in the 1940s, he said, young people today should "cry out against the complicity between politicians and economic and financial powers" and "defend our democratic rights acquired over two centuries".

In a party-political aside which might or might not undermine his new status as political prophet, Mr Hessel went on to imply that "resistance" should begin with a rejection of President Nicolas Sarkozy and a vote for the Parti Socialiste.

The book has not pleased everyone. It also contains a lengthy denunciation of Israeli government policies, especially in the Gaza Strip. Although the final chapter calls vaguely for a "non-violent" solution to the world's problems, the book also suggests that "non-violence" is not "sufficient" in the Middle East. Mr Hessel, whose father was a German jew who emigrated to France, has been accused by French jewish organisations of "anti-semitism".

Mr Hessel was born in Berlin in 1917. He emigrated to France with his family when he was seven. He joined General Charles de Gaulle in London in 1941 and was sent back to France to help organise the resistance. He was captured, tortured and sent to concentration camps in Germany. After the war, he helped to draft the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights in 1948.

Jean-Pierre Barou, the joint head of the small Montpellier-based publishing house Indigène, which commissioned the book, said Mr Hessel had revealed a "deep sense of indignation in France".

As a political tract, the book contains no especially original analysis of the world's problems.

"They dare to tell us that the State can no longer afford policies to support its citizens," Mr Hessel says. "But how can money be lacking ... when the production of wealth has enormously increased since the Liberation (of France), at a time when Europe was ruined? The only explanation is that the power of money ... has never been so great or so insolent or so selfish and that its servants are placed in the highest reaches of the State."

The originality of the book is the suggestion that an organized "Resistance" is now called for, just like in 1940. "We, veterans of the resistance ... call on young people to revive and pass on the heritage and ideals of the Resistance," the book says.

How people should resist the power of money and the markets – by peaceful means, the book insists – is not made entirely clear.

When something makes you want to cry out, as I cried out against Nazism, you become a militant, tough and committed. You become part of the great stream of history ... and this stream leads us towards more justice and more freedom but not the uncontrolled freedom of the fox in the hen-house."

* "It's true that reasons to cry out can seem less obvious today. The world appears too complex. But in this world, there are things we should not tolerate... I say to the young, look around you a little and you will find them. The worst of all attitudes is indifference..."

* "The productivist obsession of the West has plunged the world into a crisis which can only be resolved by a radical shift away from the 'ever more', in the world of finance but also in science and technology. It is high time that ethics, justice and a sustainable balance prevailed..."

Has the Next False Flag Event Been Predicted by a TV Show Once Again?

I found the link to this video in my mailbox tonight from Lisa Long.  In the video are several shows and or movies that eerily predicted real events shortly before they happened.   These "predictions" happen a little too often to be called "coincidences".  I mean really, what are the odds? It seems the "Simpsons" are an illuminati favorite.  This particular prediction from this episode seems to be more of a stretch but absolutely nothing surprises me anymore. ~jg

Creepy Woman(?) Talking on Cell Phone in 1928 Chaplin Film?

This is so disconcerting.   Not just because she appears to be talking on a cell phone walking by the camera in a 1928 film but because she/he is so damn freaky looking while doing it! (what's with those shoes?)

So what is she holding?  A cell phone?  Is she a time traveler?  Or is it a 1924 Siemens Hearing Instrument?  IF it's the hearing aid who the hell is she talking to?  Or is she a crazy lady/man talking to her/his self while holding the hearing aid imagining they are talking on a cell phone???

So it seems to me that the TVZombies are playing Perky Pat, in the virtual sense, rather than the actual sense in the Philip K. Dick story.
I see this age not as pre or post but, Armageddon du jour ...in that virtual sense. On the ground reality, simply hasn't been televised. Armageddon is not to be televised. It is the cover story which is televised.

The TVZombies live in their Perky Pat make believe world of plastic, electronic gadgetry and junkfood. All the Half-Ton Tinkerbells imagining themselves as svelte and stylish Perky Pat.
And all the monkey bat-boys that never swung a bat, they're all Mickey Mantels in their tin horn baseball caps.

Something happened at the turn of the century, a crack in the world, a paradigm shift that caught many in between alternate realities. We have literally and virtually entered the Twilight Zone:
The 'Tower of Babble' episode in which communications over the gulf of these various alternate realities has become incomprehensible. Dancing gyrating ghosts of static or wispy veils appear in the peripheral vision like swarms of android-gnats, echoing in a chamber abyss deep, like stuttering premonitions.

I listen to my own mother's description of the world she is living in and I am stunned, it is like a story from another universe. I am unkind if I speak in my language, she interprets it as my being in pain...??? “I couldn't stand it if I thought that way,” she tells me.

“I'm as happy as a lark,” I say “It is you who are in pain, not me,” it's the TV, but I don't mention it this time. It's only real to her if it's on TV. It's an enchantment in the days of Perky Pat.

Yes, Viriginia, there were UFOs in the Sky on 10/13/10

In Manhattan !  Sorry, to burst anyone's "balloon" but mylar objects containing helium just don't move like that.  Oh, and there were reports by people in San Fran that they saw similar objects as well.

All of a sudden there is major hype going on in the media about UFOs.  Even to the point that in the UK schools they are doing UFO crash drills . Why?

So Project Blue Beam begins right on schedule according to that former Norad guy (well the Norad guy says they are legit, not PBB)  So, perhaps we are really about to be rescued by ET or devoured by aliens that want "To Serve Man." Like I said before.. keep your critical eye on the sky. Keyword being "critical."~jg

10:10 Violent "Infomercial" Message - Agree to Cut Carbon Footprint by 10% or Die

I was sent this violent "infomercial" on climate change by Oz this morning.  However, I was unable to open the link.  I got a message that the video was "private."  So luckily,  I happened to catch the end of the Alex Jones show and he played the video.  Paul Joseph Watson has it posted on infowars.com with an article on it that you can read here.  The video has since been pulled from the 10:10 site with an apology to anyone who may have found it offensive.  Offensive?  Blowing children up for not agreeing to teacher's suggestion to cut their carbon footprint by 10% is offensive?!    Shame on Richard Curtis.  I rather liked his other productions too ~jg.
