WHAT ALL AMERICANS NEED TO KNOW ABOUT HILLARY CLINTON’S ALLEGED SAP COMPROMISE--MAJ ED COET, USA (RET)

"My name is Ed Coet. I am a retired US Army Intelligence Officer. In my last job in the army I was the Chief of the Human Intelligence Branch for the US European Command in Stuttgart, Germany. In that capacity I was also the Designated Program Manager for a Special Access Program (SAP) like the SAP that Hillary Clinton is alleged to have compromised in the most recent State Department Inspector General report to congress and which has been widely reported in the news. Here is what I personally know about SAP’s and what I can attest to in an unclassified forum:

1. The names of each SAP are themselves classified Top Secret because the information within the SAP are far and above Top Secret.

2. SAP’s are so sensitive that even people who have security clearances giving them access to Top Secret Sensitive Compartment Information (TS SCI), an enormously high security clearance level, cannot have accesses to a SAP’s unless they receive a special indoctrination into the SAP based on an operational “must know” that exceeds all other “need to know” standards.

3. Being “read on” for a SAP is far more then acknowledging in writing that you have been briefed on the SAP. It is an in-depth “indoctrination” into the given SAP, and each SAP is itself compartmented separately from other SAPS. Having access to one SAP does not give you access to another SAP, and in fact rarely does. Only a tiny handful of people have knowledge of all SAP’s. SAP’s are the most stringently compartmented and protected information in the entire US government.

4. Unlike Top Secret SCI which is maintained in highly secure Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilitates (SCIF’s) managed by specially trained Special Security Officers (SSO’s) at various levels of command, every single SAP is managed by an individually designated Program Manager for each individual SAP covering an entire theater of operations. In other words, SAP Program Managers are far fewer in number than there is SSO’s. SSO’s are not cleared to even know about SAP’s or to maintain information about them in their already enormously secure SCIF’s. How SAP’s are secured cannot be discussed because of the sensitive beyond Top Secret nature in which it is done.

5. Unlike individuals with the highest Top Secret SCI access security clearances, who must undergo a special background information with periodic “bring-up” background investigation, those tiny few who have access to SAP’s must also endure periodic polygraph tests in addition to the most comprehensive of special background investigations. I used to have to schedule four-star generals and admirals to be polygraphed in order for them to maintain their access to my SAP. Many generals and admirals who obviously have the highest security clearances still did not rate being indoctrinated into my SAP. In fact, they didn’t even know the SAP existed.

6. Compromise of a SAP is the single most dangerous security violation that can ever happen to the USA. Even the enormously damaging revelations of the Edward Snowden’s TOP Secret SCI security compromise does not reach the level of a SAP compromise.

7. To put SAP information in to an unsecure sever like Hillary Clinton’s unsecure server is a class one felony that could, in some cases, result in life in prison. That is because such a compromise is so dangerous that it could and likely will result in the death of people protected by and within the scope of the SAP.

As a former SAP Program Manager I believe it is inconceivable that if it is verified that Hillary Clinton’s server actually had SAP information on it that she could possibly escape indictment and criminal prosecution. As hard as it is to imagine, that would even be worse then electing to not prosecute a mass murdering serial killer because even they could not inflict as much damage on our country as the compromise of a SAP. Compromise of a SAP not only could -- but without doubt would -- cause serious damage to our national security.

If it is true that Hillary Clinton had SAP information on her unsecure server, whether it was marked or not, you can be sure that the FBI will strongly recommend that charges be brought against Hillary Clinton and continue in an exhaustive investigation to trace back to every single person that had even the tiniest role in this unbelievable security compromise.

If the Attorney General, through “prosecutorial discretion,” elected not to prosecute this crime, I believe congress would have no alternative but to impeach her, and the FBI would then have no choice but to conduct a criminal investigation of her for a deliberate cover up –- so grave is this security violation.

If President Obama were to pardon Hillary Clinton for a compromise of this magnitude he would render himself in the historical record as an “enemy of the state,” and could himself face criminal prosecution –- so grave is such a security compromise. Nobody, not even the POTUS could gets away with something like this in our system of government. If anyone could escape persecution for compromising a SAP, we are deep trouble as a nation. No president who loves this country and is true to his oath would ever allow anyone, not even his or her closest and most loved relative, to get away with a SAP compromise. It is simply unimaginable that this could ever happen.

If the ongoing investigation finds that Hillary Clinton compromised a SAP, then we all should know with certainty, regardless of political persuasion, that she is entirely unfit to hold public office of any kind let alone President of the USA -- and ALL Americans should never tolerate it. Compromising a SAP is an absolute “disqualifier” for public office and access to our nations most sensitive information - period".

The refugee crisis has reached epic proportion as millions of uprooted, displaced humans, fleeing their homelands either due to economic, political or war-related causes; without homes, jobs, or access to food, medicine or education which is the birthright of all human beings. These same vulnerable people are also falling victim to thriving human smuggling and trafficking rings…the new slavery.

While the EU blathers over camps, quotas, repatriation (a death sentence for some) and the farcical military options of blowing up boats and “smashing” the trafficking rings (as if that would make the problem go away), none of them have offered any satisfactory and humane solutions.

Nor will they do so, for until serious discussions include topics such as paying reparations to the countries they have destroyed, taking responsibility for failed neo-colonial projects, stopping the endless imperialist wars, or radically reviewing the policies of land use and wealth redistribution, the pitifully inadequate “band aid” solutions, slapped over the gaping wounds of the world will simply refuse to adhere.

While discussing the fate of these unfortunate people (which tomorrow could be any of us), the words “overcrowding’, ‘overpopulation’, ‘scarcity” are the frequently used mantras, tossed around by politicians, such as David Cameron, among others, who fear a backlash from their angry citizens. The people are weary;  forced into the “multicultural” experiment, angry at involvement in unpopular wars in Iraq, Syria and Libya, and struggling to pay off bank loans and mortgages that can double the cost of their already overpriced housing, among many other concerns.

So, are the words “scarcity” “overcrowding” and “overpopulation”  the real issues, or are we missing the point here? And are these (now loaded) words being used to goad us into accepting a heinous plan to ” reduce the population” in order to “save the planet?” Possibly the following, sometimes surprising, information will help to bust open the myth of ” Scarcity”

Here are some facts about land use in the UK. (Much of this may apply, with local variations to the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia and NZ).

• 90% of British people live in urban areas. That accounts for 3 million out of 60 million acres. The remaining 57 million acres?

• Regarding the question of ownership it is necessary to understand that ALL land in the UK legally belongs to “The Crown”. One might assume that this refers to the ruling monarchy. It doesn’t.

• “The Crown” is a private corporation owned by a small group of the world’s wealthiest people, directed by a committee of 12 men, from “The City” approximately 1 square mile at the heart of London.

• “The City” is an Independent State. It is NOT part of England, London or the UK at all. It has its own flag, laws, courts and police. It pays NO taxes. It is a sovereign state.

• It is the financial power centre of the world, dominated by the Rothschild (Zionist) controlled Bank of England, which is the centre of the worlds fraudulent debt based monetary system.  “The City” includes the London Stock Exchange, ALL British Banks, 385 foreign bank branches and 70 US banks.

They do not pay any taxes on these lands.

Land- related taxes paid by the 96% urban dwellers (originally intended to subsidize poor farmers) have now become a yearly handout to the rich landowners(!)

The British Government has so far refused to release the subsidy figures.

The Scottish government revealed that the 50 richest landowners received an average of 3 million pounds sterling each (from the pockets of the people) over 10 years.

Whether known, fully or partially understood or not, The establishment of the legalised fiction of Ownership of all land by the Crown corporation indicates that the feudal system of landowners and landless peasants (serfs or slaves) is still in operation, which in turn, enables the usury- based monetary system to operate successfully (for them).

To exit the matrix, it is necessary to understand it, for the power of the Matrrix lies in the fact that most people are completely deceived and deluded by it. To solve the refugee crisis we must implement the following steps, basically overturning the power of The Empire of the City:

1.  Stop the war machine of the Empire of the City, which is running at full speed destroying sovereign states. Today it is the Middle East. If the warmongers have their way, tomorrow it will be Iran, Russia and China and the refugee problem will be increased not tenfold but a hundredfold.

2. Discussions of camps, quotas or repatriation (which is often impossible) should be considered only the most preliminary and temporary emergency measure. It cannot possibly be considered a viable solution.

3. Start to demand reparations from the NATO  governments for the unspeakable damage done to countries like Iraq or Libya, both thriving states that have been bombed to ruin in fraudulent wars. If people can rebuild their lives in their homelands, why would they suffer extreme hardship and risk their lives to come to European shores? By reparations I mean compensation for all the damage to property and lives as well as returning the money and assets stripped from those countries, (not  fat rebuilding contracts for the colonizers)

4. To open public discussion at all levels on the wealth redistribution and land rights. No corporation, banker, monarch, political figure, billionaire or aristocratic descendant of a feudal lord can claim the ultimate ownership of the land, which rightfully rests with the one who created it, the Supreme Creator, by whatever name one wishes to apply to that entity. All human beings, by birthright, can claim the right to own a home in accordance with genuine needs from where they can work, individually or in partnership with others to build their lives in a way that does not impinge on the rights of others. Additional land could be made available to those with the ingenuity, vision and capacity to develop it into projects which genuinely benefit the society as well as themselves, while giving due care to the environment.  The era of feudalism, long outdated, is about to be dismantled. The legal fiction permitting the lands of the Middle East to also eventually become “property of the Crown” cannot be allowed to happen.

Sarkar highlights the fact that the ultimate ownership of the land is the Supreme Creator, but that all people have rights to access and utilise it for fulfillment of their individual and family needs, as well as for the good of the society. It is up to us to ensure that future generations inherit the abundance of Earth, as a shared resource, and that the false meme of “scarcity”, and “overpopulation” be blown apart as the myths they are. Asia volcano alert ... OVER 85 different blasts from Sakurajima Volcano in less than 1 days time (from 6am to 11pm)

Also, notice the steady steaming off the back side of Sakurajima, which is Mount Ontake caldera (a different volcano in this complex)... Ontake caldera could also erupt in a large blast if things carry on this way.

Video sped up 64X speed to just get a rough count from 6am to dark.. 15 hours long sped up 64X reduces the length of this video to 14min 10sec.

No exaggeration to say these 85+ blasts (over the course of 1 day) is a huge number of volcanic events from a single volcano.

Yes, Sakurajima is "active" , but this takes the cake by far when it comes to number of different blasts in one days time. I've seen this volcano send of 10 or 15 large blasts in one day before.. but in this case.. its OVER 85 different blasts since yesterday morning.

Not just the primary winners but all the double digiters in the race. Adding the Perot and Nader factor we have TPP party candidates like Cruz and Paul. Please spare us this dialectic for the next 18 months. This is a wildcard election on the 7. It can go many ways. We can even have a cancelled election this cycle.

Bilderberg will certainly be a doozy this year.  Pat from Japan pointed to our Black Swan, the American Spring we can say. It is the transformational event to promote the concept that once America is not longer the world power, the sovereign nation, the beacon on the hill and a back seat to the global UN Vatican Zionist Joo-joo-bee committee, then the admiration will follow.  What sacrifices we accept will be the model for the world.  Theres just a last detail to handle. Congressional Dinosaurs Responsible for "State" of America?

Is it reasonable that "We the People" ascribe responsibility to a group of policy-makers like Congress, for the "state" of our world?  Or should we blame ourselves?


You must also consider past and present pResidents, their administrations, their appointees, the shadow advisers and funders, etc.

As you contemplate your environment (i.e. your world, and other countries directly affected by U.S. deeds), the "state" of your life (and others), your prospects for the future, your family's well-being this Veteran's Day -- how do you explain "where WE are" today?

No wonder Washington never changes – 79 members of Congress have been there since Bill Clinton’s first term in the White House.

This list includes names such as Reid, Feinstein, McConnell, McCain, Pelosi, Boehner, Rangel and Boxer. In this article, I am going to share with you a complete list of the members of Congress that have been “serving” us for at least 20 years. They believe that they are “serving” us well, but without a doubt most Americans very much wish that true “change” would come to Washington.

In fact, right now Congress has a 15 percent approval rating with the American people, and that approval rating has been consistently below 20 percent since mid-2011. So of course we took advantage of the 2014 mid-term election to dump as many of those Congress critters out of office as we possibly could, right? Wrong. Sadly, incumbents were re-elected at a 95 percent rate in 2014. This just shows how broken and how corrupt our system has become. The American people absolutely hate the job that Congress is doing, and yet the same clowns just keep getting sent back to Washington again and again.

Our founders never intended for service in Congress to become a career, but that is precisely what it has become for many of our “public servants”. As of this moment, there are 79 members of Congress that have been in office for at least 20 years, and there are 16 members of Congress that have been in office for at least 30 years.

No wonder so many Americans are advocating term limits these days. When there are dozens of members of Congress that know that they are going to be sent back to Washington over and over again no matter how the American people feel about things, that can cause them to become extremely callous toward the will of the people. Instead, often these politicians become increasingly responsive to the needs of their big donors, because it takes big money to win campaign after campaign. I am sure that if George Washington, John Adams and Thomas Jefferson were running around today, they would be absolutely disgusted by how our system has evolved.

As you looked over those lists, you probably noticed that they contain many of the members of Congress that Americans complain about the most.

Unfortunately, because the vast majority of these individuals come from states or congressional districts that are basically a lock to vote a certain way, there is very little hope of ever removing them. That means that most of these Congress critters are going to get to keep coming back for as long as they want.

No matter which political party you prefer, this should greatly disturb you.

Our founders certainly never intended for a permanent class of elitists to rule over us.

But that is what we have.

We are supposed to have a government of the people, by the people and for the people, but instead we have a government of the elite, by the elite and for the elite. Most people do not realize this, but today most members of Congress are actually millionaires. The disconnect between members of Congress and average Americans has never been greater than it is right now, and I think that is a very troubling sign for the future of this nation.

So is there a solution to this problem?
