Hurricane Carlotta - Ripe for HAARP

 

Tropical Storm Carlotta strengthens in the Pacific

MIAMI (AP) – Tropical Storm Carlotta has strengthened somewhat in the Pacific south of Mexico and is expected to become a hurricane.

Carlotta's maximum sustained winds rose Thursday to 50 mph. The U.S. National Hurricane Center in Miami says further strengthening is forecast and Carlotta is expected to become a hurricane by the time it reaches Mexico's southern coast Friday.

A hurricane watch is in effect for Mexico's Pacific coast from Barra de Tonala to Punta Maldonado.

The tropical storm was centered at 8 p.m. EDT Thursday about 275 miles south-southeast of Puerto Angel, Mexico, and about 490 miles southeast of Acapulco, Mexico. It is moving north-northwest near 10 mph.

Tropical storm-force winds extend outward up to 45 miles from the storm's center.

This baby is ripe for HAARP Endothermic steering and enhancement. All the conditions are right for a killer storm

Venezuela (Security threat level - 4): On 30 January 2011 a series of powerful explosions occurred at a military arms depot in Maracay, located approximately 60 mi/100 km west of Caracas. At least one person was killed and approximately 10,000 residents were forced to flee their homes as authorities and fire crews worked to contain the aftermath of the incident. As of 31 January reports indicate that the situation has been brought mostly under control, but authorities continue to advise residents not to return to their homes. The cause of the explosions remains unknown at this time; authorities have not ruled out sabotage.

Bangladesh (Security threat level - 4): On 31 January 2011 thousands of demonstrators gathered in Munshiganj district on the outskirts of Dhaka to protest the planned construction of a new international airport in this location, which residents claim is unnecessary. The demonstration quickly turned violent, with protesters setting fire to a police camp and barricading roads near the proposed airport site. Police responded with teargas and rubber bullets in an attempt to disperse the protesters. At least one police officer was killed and 50 officers and protesters were injured. Further protests are likely in the coming days and weeks, as officials have insisted that the planned construction of the new airport will go ahead.

Much like what I saw in Texas at CIA Corporate parties.  It's better to have PDA's and private mercenaries when engaged in massive criminal theft, drug running or empire building projects as whistleblowers are less likely to come forward as they are  given the opportunity to be witnessed in the middle of crimes themselves or even worse, simply set up. Groups like Wackenhut, Dyncorp and Xe are perfectly suited to acquire aircraft and all the contraband and weapons necessary to operate as an independent criminal organization or rogue operation in support of larger corporate entities that are buffered by these "loose arrangements"

There's a multi-layer deniability and detachment factor when these government, military, corporate, black ops organize and create these complicated networks of logistics where openly known operations are covering a maze of corrupt sub criminal agendas.

There are fall guys and specific fences to protect the larger administrators who will self destruct should any affiliate of this  labyrinthine become exposed.

Much as Barry Seal and his group, the most successful drug smuggler in American history, who died in a hail of bullets with George Bush's private phone number in his wallet. Barry Seal who could run in and out of nearly any situation without scrutiny while likely being involved with the same kind of activities and scandals including the Bay of Pigs, the Kennedy assassination, Watergate, and the Iran-Contra Affair.

The maze of  these clandestine services groups goes back to JFK and the early days of the Cold War. The 'gloves off mentality'  carried over to the transition of Cold War powers from the CIA to the NATO stay behinds and found a home in the protection and logistic rackets for the criminal money elites who cannot have their puppet politicians, conventional military or their mafiosi running interference in such skullduggery.

There may likely be between 50 and 200 aircraft that have been retrofitted, refurbished, unidentified and fully operating under a rendition or national security clearance moving tons of drugs, human slaves and contraband landing at airports near you. Maybe parts of flight 93.
