Barbershop Diairies, Volume I, Issue 14: Whose Death Panel?

People want to believe the Big Lie.  The haircut that looks great on someone else is what he or she wants for himself or herself.  What’s missing in their lives, they believe, is what someone else has, “just right over there.”  People will believe this lie right up to the point where they are hunted down like animals and shot in the street, with or without their children in tow.

At first blush, the simple truth can be painful as hell to hear.

  1. The insurance industry is the originator of the "death panels." Obama's plan does nothing to eliminate that and in fact favors insurance and big pharma industries over the consumer.

When will the left realize this and not only join the right wingers in screaming out loud at this fascist, genocidal health plan by screaming louder and more often?

  2. We need a new government.

We need a dozen C-17's and 200 billion in Euros.

Top 12 metro areas in US need to start using Euros among small businesses. All at once. Less than 72 hours.

    Boom.

  3. We need six billion people who say "Up yours to finance forever".

    BOOM!

  4. Yea BOOM ! I've been telling everyone I know to get any money they have left out of the bank. Buy stuff you need (food supplies, water filters etc) now while your money still has value.

Martial law is just around the corner. Can't you feel it? They are going to impose mandatory vaccination and have military checkpoints so you have nowhere to run. The national guard is practicing drills at local high schools to guard against those rioting FOR a flu shot.

I'll be running in the opposite direction of the needle.

  5. Yeah, you guys call me BOOM!

    Boom to Ya!

JG, I believe folks should be swapping Fed toilet paper for the precious metals -- Silver, Gold, and Lead (the kind that goes "boom!". In that order.

They're the only thing that will maintain value in times like these.

  6. "They’re the only thing that will maintain value in times like these."

Not so fast! Not only will they hold value, they will dramatically increase in value, but they are not the only store of value!

Me and my patriot buddies also store other exchangable stores of value...

Bullets. They are very valuable in a depression. Horde the common .22, .38, 12 guage, etc and see how much food you can trade those for when push comes to shove... you would be amazed at how far a few rounds will go.

We have also stockpiled a pallet load or two of plain old salt in 50 pound bags. Sugar as well. Don't forget about those items. I have been stocking my favorite peppers as well. Makes the squirrel and rabbit and deer and fish and wild turkey that much better.

Also hit the army/navy stores and buy up all the government ration food our boys in uniform eat overseas at war. Stores for years without refrigeration. Nice to have steak and potatos 2 or 3 years into hell. Would taste like a king's banquet when everyone else is eating rats.

And for our water well, we just recently purchased one of those old timer hand pumps for when the electricity goes down, we will still be pumping fresh clear water!

And we have been loading up on solar panels and keeping our old car batteries to tie them all together with the solar panels for power when everyone else has none. We plan on having am/fm/cd/mp3 and weather radio and short wave as well as any available TV based on 12 volt system easy to set up and easy to maintain and easy to charge for years if need be.

    Some things to think about...

  7. You're going to need fencing, too, and lots of it. And arc welders to put it together. And masonry. And, and...

...at some point every person has to ask themselves, "do I really want to live in a world that's gotten this f-d up, this fast?"

Within six months of having to resort to complete independence, people are going to start stealing and murdering people in larger and larger numbers to get what they need/want.

We don't just need staples and necessities...we need a damn fortress to store them in...remembering Waco as we build it.

  8. For this reason our nations have been made zoos without bars.

It wouldn't have been so in the days when we ourselves ordered things and our nations were entended families of our own people.

Then it would have been a challenge for us all to overcome. Now it will be every man for himself agaisnt all the rest.

Some in the U.S. military used to say they didn't know whether to shoot the supposed enemy or their own side. There will probably be little doubt this time.

But abolish finance and WE solve the problem.

Don't, and 'they' will solve it their way.
