Argentina highlights a well-known "flat-slab" region of this subduction zone, where the Nazca plate moves horizontally for several hundred kilometers before continuing its descent into the mantle. Antipodal data confirms the deep 8 mg predicted quake for Gansu region China. The enormous amount of shallow assaults from ELF attacks by the Ionospheric ENMOD centers at TROMSO ESICAT, SURA SIHF and HAARP AK/PR may have contributed to this natural and deep quake. Possible that this is a test of a stronger wave system or combined effort or it may be the real deal from Solar and Lunar phenomena but we will never know.
