Argentina highlights a well-known "flat-slab" region of this subduction zone, where the Nazca plate moves horizontally for several hundred kilometers before continuing its descent into the mantle. Antipodal data confirms the deep 8 mg predicted quake for Gansu region China. The enormous amount of shallow assaults from ELF attacks by the Ionospheric ENMOD centers at TROMSO ESICAT, SURA SIHF and HAARP AK/PR may have contributed to this natural and deep quake. Possible that this is a test of a stronger wave system or combined effort or it may be the real deal from Solar and Lunar phenomena but we will never know. Keep an eye on the weather COTO, the hurricane season has been slingshot into early activity made by La Nina microwaving scalar manipulation by the NAVY-NASA Team.
