I can buy the planes/drones as well, just not the answer to the real question. Cas fortuit to the benefactors aside there's some atomic clockwork orange here. NIST can take credit as I believe NASA can as well. That of course includes the Naval Observatory and the EISCAT interferometers at Tromso, Sura Micado and HAARP.

It is the realistic theory. There is still some thought to it being the hollographic platform and laser targeting technology. It is also possible for ELF VHF testing or microwave for collapse -pulverization.
