    You beat me to this one Patrick. I was going to post this myself. My thoughts exactly.

    One needs to ask why it is necessary for parents to go through the expense of a lawsuit when the creeps should be up on charges for invasion of privacy in violation of the fourth amendment.(especially in the case of minors)

    Oh wait, we don't have that amendment anymore.. nevermind. Besides, all new computers & other tech equipment are equipped with spying devices. The better to see you with says Big Brother.
