The purpose is to impose this system on the world. Britain and Europe are setting benchmarks for a new global order. Miliband's paper makes this explicit: "By forming a single negotiating block, the EU will be influential in forging a post-2012 framework." Britain's next prime minister, Gordon Brown, said last week: "My ambition is to build a global carbon market founded on the EU emissions trading scheme and centred in London." http://www.theaustralian.com.au/news/opinion/carbon-the-currency-of-a-new-world-order/story-e6frg74x-1111113191601

"We are very disappointed that these U.S. airlines have decided to take legal action against the EU Emissions Trading System," the U.K. Department of Energy and Climate Change said in an e-mailed statement today. "We will robustly defend the EU legislation that the U.K. called for in order to tackle aviation emissions."

  2. M illustrates with his usual style the sucking sound of the increasing tax base vacuum by the UN and Club of Rome while blocking the avenue for the middle class to purge the global governance ideologies and shill infesting our bodies like so many intestinal worms.

As sick as we are getting in body, the attack on the psyche has been far more debilitating. The COTO vaccine has got to be administered.

The Revolutionary Road for COTO is to exit this existence with as many refugees as possible. Democracy fails when leaders fail to demonstrate it's most basic core virtues. That sums up most of the last hundred years.
