I dont usually watch any of the usual crap pumped out of Hollywood.Alex Jones mentioned the movie Friday and I was taking the kid to get her Hannah Montana fix so I grabbed it. Gripping ! I was on the edge of My seat through the whole movie ! The Belarus resistance against the German army 1941 through 1944. If you see only one movie this year this is the one. Defiance,,,coming to a wilderness near you soon !
Hey kornisking! Funny thing happened to me on the way to the forum... I think it was last night I posted a comment somewhere here that this was a movie worth watching. Last week I watched it no less than three times. It's a great documentary on survival and the depravity of totalitarian regimes. This may well be our future as well. To be forewarned is to be forearmed. Another gripping movie is "Gangs of New York" with Daniel Day-Lewis circa the civil war era and Irish street gangs. I hope our own lives don't come down to this, but they very well might.

Some good stuff is coming out of Mexico.

Korn, I read your review last night and it reminded me that I had wanted to see this movie when it first came out. I ordered it on pay per view and am so glad I did.
