Simply as a way to pretend that they are "progressive" and allow "dissent." That is precisely how astro-turf organizations and groups give themselves left wing "credibility."

i suppose not having been a part of it i don't have the same visceral reaction to the mention of opednews - in fact the way she wrote it with the news separate from oped i didn't even pick up on the reference. just seemed a good end-point for people to click to read the rest on her website to help her trafffic.
don't know rob kall personally and don't really care. i do know a few weeks ago she was interviewed by him on a philly radio show so i guess there is some interest there.
really was just hoping to spur some conversation about the corporate media. sorry you're having to still deal with all the bad memories.

The ONLY reason Rob Kall posts her articles is becuase Rob Kall is USING her for his own fame. Rob is piggyback riding her and Cindy is not wise enough to see that! No wonder she sticks up for him! Does anyone recall the suicide bombers Saddam was paying on a daily basis to go into Israel? Some families were paid upwards of $25,000.00 each for their suicide bomber family members! Paid with American cash through French banks and UN programs!
Israel basically told the US to stop Saddam, the CIA employee that the US put into power who turned on the US! If we did not take care of our problem then Israel threatened to light the middle east up. In go the Marines to Iraq on behalf of Israel to protect them as required by international law.
And Cindy blew her wad on Bush, and now today she wants to change her attack onto something else she wants to blame. No wonder no one listens to her any more. She did it to herself. And today Rob is all too happy to help Cindy just so he can get his big fat mug on the front page with her as though he were a supporting contributing person to her when in fact he is just using her for his own benefit and she is not smart enough to realize it!
