So I get a Text  from the Miami Surfer Boys this AM. UofM

It says "Surf is up RNM" They are always cryptic.

It's well known the Utah State Prison experiments and Canadian experiments with psychotropics. I have written extensively on the work or A. Pucharich and Serge Monast. I expected long ago pre-911 they were working feverishly on the psychotronics and I do believe most if not all shuttle misions and ISS work is scheduled for project bluebeam.  Receiving this after a late night last night watching and listening to the Dalas actors and players I did notice all had a strange calm and subdued reaction. From the Police Chief to Mayor to the witnesses and crisis actors of this staged event (drill) you could see this almost  nonchalant, slightly melancholy demeanor.

Unlike 911 where DEW weapons were used, I suspected ELF Magnetic  low frequency scalar assaults were used just like "SlamDunk" when they were used on the Iraqi Army who surrendered without resistance after becoming sick, frightened and depressed during this Naval NASA DoD offensive. A test? I certainly believe one of many. Unlike the 12+ Hz assault (maybe 3-6Hz) the assault last night in Dallas would have been 8hz in the sedation range.  Though the source could have been from atop of downtown of from upper atmosphere, I can only guess.

There were eerie thoughts running through  my mind last night. I did not sleep and I have noticed this for days (since the 4th) I had strange shooting pains in neck and shoulder down to hand (right side) and some real funky head space issues. Neighbors complained on the 4th about pain and at 10 pm I was contacted by my neighbor of need for help. I had to rush him to emergency due to chest and neck pain so bad he was having trouble breathing. After admittance and tests they had no explanation. No heart or stroke, no infection, no nothing and he was normal the next day. EMT calls were off the hook for the 4th as I monitor them daily.

My thoughts were directed to 1966-1969 and the Manson,  race war prophesy, the conventions, the weathermen and all the other insanity that was the late sixties.  Now it seems we are heading for Martial Law for the convention and Helter Skelter in Summer (HAARP) Swelter via White Girl Bleed A Lot style MSM and White House coordination. What I fear the most is how advanced the weapons for the American "Slam Dunk" are coming. Let's face it, we know it's coming, just not when.

I care no longer whether these are hoaxes , MK-Ultra or real killings because it does not overshadow the millions they have killed in the name of something politically correct. The facts are mounting that what we do is no longer based solely upon our own minds and the ridiculous social media experiment may be one way they intend to assault us in the electromagnetic visual audio spectrum. Everything from food, water, chemtrails and vaccines can only deliver the chaff (nano) needed for the frequencies of transformation.  Full Spectrum Dominance is most frightening outside of Audio-visual spectrum. We cannot see what is there only by quiet meditation, self analysis and observing carefully can we know their weapons.
