As we saw in Sandy Hook, the bizarre dramatics and comedy of H. Wayne Carver, ME and the rest of the troupe were something to behold.  The odd couple actor could not have been any better depicted, had Quincy, MD shown up behind the podium. Even conspirator,  Piers Morgan was unimpressed with his performance. (see tweets)

So who is Joshua D. Stephany, MD?



According to the Lame Stream Media he is the Orange County Medical Examiner. This though is not true. He may be the interim ME but he is not formally the Chief ME of the county. It appears he worked side by side with another actor / doctor by the name of Jan "Dr. G" Garavaglia.

Jan Carla Garavaglia (born September 14, 1956), better known as "Dr. G", served as the Chief Medical Examiner for Orange and Osceola counties in Orlando, Florida from 2004 until her retirement in May 2015.^[1][2] She starred in the hit series Dr. G: Medical Examiner on the Discovery Health Channel which first aired in July 2004 and ran until 2012. Repeats of the show are aired on theDiscovery Life Channel. The show is ranked No. 1 for Discovery Health and is also broadcast in Australia, Europe, South America and South Africa. Garavaglia has appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show,Larry King Live,^[3] The Rachael Ray Show,^[4] The Doctors and The Dr. Oz Show.^[5]

Career:

One of the first cases Garavaglia worked on as a medical examiner was Morning Glory Funeral Home scandal, in which thirty-seven bodies – many in advanced stages of decomposition – were found in a funeral home. After several caskets that the funeral director had buried were exhumed, Garavaglia determined that the director had placed multiple persons in single caskets, and pocketed the money he received.^[7]

On December 11, 2008, the remains of a small child, confirmed to be those of missing Caylee Anthony, were found near the Anthony residence in Orlando. As the location fell within Garavaglia's jurisdiction, it became Garavaglia who was the one who examined the remains and made the determination.^[8]

Her website, ironically is called HOW NOT TO DIE. As we know now one way is to be at a state-sponsored false flag, the safest city for certain during a Crisiscast. It's a Holyrood stage that had her in one of the great deception and psyops since the original O.J. scam.

Shortly after the retirement of Dr. Jan Garavaglia, the Board of County Commissioners
adopted an ordinance (2015-15) allowing for county government to lead the process of
selecting the Chief Medical Examiner. A selection committee, consisting of crimin al
justice and health care leaders from the region, was convened to vet candidates and
make a recommendation for this highly important and high profile position. The
committee's top choice was Acting Ch ief Medical Examiner Dr. Joshua Stephany, who
the committee selected by way of a majority vote.

Dr. Stephany joined our team in 2007 as an Associate Medical Examiner, working
closely with Dr. Garavaglia. When Dr. Garavaglia retired in June 2015, Dr. Stephany
was named as the Acting Chief, a position he has excelled in over the last 12 months.
Prior to his employment with Orange County, Dr. Stephany completed his pathology
residency training at Orlando Health, where he was regarded as an outstanding
physician and team member. He went on to complete a fellowship in Forensic
Pathology with the Miami-Dade County Medical Examiner's office.

As a member of our team, he played a key role in our Medical Examiner's office
attaining National Association of Medical Examiners (NAME) accreditation, which has
elevated the office to a national benchmark of excellence. Dr. Stephany has worked
hard to build strong relationships with law enforcement agencies and criminal justice
leaders in both Orange and Osceola counties. He has also proven his effectiveness as
a trial witness during countless legal proceedings related to his scope of responsibility.
As the Acting Division Manager for the Medical Examiner's Office, he has shown a great capacity to manage personnel in keeping with Orange County policies and regulations.
In addition to his technical excellence, Dr. Stephany demonstrates extraordinary
compassion when dealing with the families of the deceased.

Dr. Stephany's experience, qualifications and personal attributes make him an
outstanding choice for Orange County's Chief Medica l Examiner, and well deserving of
the proposed salary of $222,165. His resume is attached for you review.

As reported by MARK HAYWARD of New Hampshire Union Leader, Stephany's home state, the good doctor received his medical education at St. Georges University in Grenada West Indies. For those who may not be old enough, the location was part of another false flag hoax known as the invasion of Grenada during the Reagan Puppet years. A summary can be seen here.  This was a production that transcended Holyrood (DC) and went on to Hollywood to become a hit as Heartbreak Ridge. Rumor is that St. Georges was offering Voodoo Studies but it is no secret that you do not really  want a Caribbean school on your Curriculum Vitae, but it would be for actors and aspiring to be celebs that find a second chance at the island universities. It appears to be true in Dr. Stephany's CV.

Not that his resume isn't adequate but the deception of using a defunct New York St. Georges University is just the kind of example that lends itself to other dishonest and deceptive practices that would advance his status, increase his income or propel his political aspirations.

Too much Hollywood and hijinks for me. I expect him to say "I'm a doctor and I only play one when acting on TV. So what is Dr. Staphany's motivation. It is essential for all good actors.

I had someone tell that St. George's University was a bad school to go because of the fact that not every student there is trying to be a doctor in the U.S. most students are trying to become doctors in other countries so they do not have to pass the same board exams like U.S. students. Man, you really hit the nail on the head. Everything you've heard is totally true. But look at the bright side: while everyone is partying away, you can burn away the midnite lamp, study hard, and ace your classes. I'm confident that well-informed and hardworking people such as yourself will have no difficulty staying on top of things and honoring every class.

Its true. No one is totally serious. People are just playfully taking out a quarter million dollar loans to finance a 2 year party by the beach.

And yes, most students are not there to become doctors in the US. The whole venture is financed by the International Monetary Fund. The idea is that after finishing your medical education, you will head out to Papua New Guinea and study the effect of prions on cannibals. Its a subspecialty of infectious diseases, and the standardized test for that is a real breeze.

Another area of study frequently undertaken by SGU students is voodoo magic. Is it real? To answer that question, the school has set up special apprenticeships in the New Orleans area...Currently, there is cutting-edge interdisciplinary research across the areas of acupuncture and sticking pins in dolls.
