Washington, DC, February 29, 2016 – The Gerald Ford White House significantly altered the final report of the supposedly independent 1975 Rockefeller Commission investigating CIA domestic activities, over the objections of senior Commission staff, according to internal White House and Commission documents posted today by the National Security Archive at The George Washington University (www.nsarchive.org). The changes included removal of an entire 86-page section on CIA assassination plotsand numerous edits to the report by then-deputy White House Chief of Staff Richard Cheney.  read more...

The White House took a different tack. A steering group of officials working on the political crisis of the “Year of Intelligence,” proposed that President Ford issue an executive order (E.O.) to govern intelligence agencies and operations, and that the order include a prohibition on assassinations. Senator Church objected that anything a president set by fiat could be changed by fiat as well, by means of a future executive action. Besides, the Ford executive order, issued in February 1976, lacked the definition that would have been supplied by the Church Committee-recommended statute. President Jimmy Carter issued his own executive orders on intelligence, in a preliminary form in May 1977 and in a reworked version in January 1978. The assassination prohibition would be widened somewhat, by removing the word “political,” which the Ford E.O. had used as a qualifier (as in “political assassination”), and by extending the ban beyond government employees to anyone working for or on behalf of the United States. The Carter ban would be repeated verbatim in President Ronald Reagan’s E. O. 12333, issued on December 4, 1981. Every subsequent president has continued the ban, and the Reagan E.O. itself remains in force.

Woulou, who was seven months pregnant, was reported to be clothed with no apparent signs of violence. Scalia died in his sleep during a visit to Texas. A government official said Scalia went to bed Friday night and told friends he wasn't feeling well. He didn't get up for breakfast on Saturday morning, and the group he was with for a hunting trip left without him.

Two local news outlets first reported the news of Scalia's death, which the San Antonio Newsand KVIA said was from natural causes.

An El Paso source close to Justice Antonin Scalia tells ABC-7 that the 79-year-old died in his sleep last night after a day of quail hunting at Cibolo Creek Ranch outside of Marfa, Texas.

The Justice did not report feeling ill and retired to his room after dinner. The source, who was traveling with Scalia, told ABC-7 an El Paso priest has been called to Marfa.

Natural causes? That was a fast autopsy! The thirteenth strikes as the race for NWO is on the line. Justice Scalia was assassinated just as those in the Pelican Brief. I get a lot of NASA-people that come by my rig. Just the other day this truly out-of-this-world gorgeous women and her friend, not near as attractive, but not ugly either, stopped and I engaged them. They even later came back and asked to have their picture taken with me. It was rather flattering.

I really wanted to interview them, and they would in no way go on record. I showed them how we could cryptically get around that, but time will tell if I see them again.

It was the day of the drone hacking. But I also wanted to ask about Planet X.

Meet Albert "Bert" Caswell. I did. In the usual way. On the streets. Last Saturday night. During a parade on Frenchman St.

I was on my way home with my rig after a super busy day of trying to save the world from its inevitable destruction when a Margi Gras parade blocked my path home. As I was talking to a man about said destruction, as this spectacular was going on next to us, Bert comes in extremely amp-ed up and takes over the conversation dropping the most powerful names in politics as if he knows them on a 1st-name basis. He does.

I finally asked him, "who in the fuck are you?" And when I asked him what he does he gave me the old "if I told you I'd have to kill you," meme.

Bert in the the Congressional Guide and a prolific poet, author and speaker. He has letters of tribute from Congressman and Presidents. His story has been written-up in POLITICO and other publications. His poems have often been read and quoted on the floor of Congress by said representatives. His demeanor is on of someone that is completely sure of himself, yet without being overly cocky.

Bert hung around for about 30-minutes as we went back and forth. He finally said that he agreed with everything I was on about but 9/11. So I schooled him. Having the screen on the rig is golden. When I showed him WTC-7 he was stumped.

I made him promise he'd research it more and get back too me. Maybe he will, maybe he won't. Maybe I will see him again, and he'll kill me.

There is a WAR on against Societies, if you haven't noticed.  It is not just "Divide & Conquer" tactics being imposed, but a much greater, more evil "Game Plan" being exposed before your very eyes.

Pick your continent, and Ixquick particular countries there at this time, and see how they are faring?  Are they in-the-news (Alt News)?  What seems to be the problems?

Do you notice any similar Trends?  War, Police State, Lawlessness, Economic disparity on par with the worst in history, on and on.

A quick glance, and Rampant Corruption from the Top Down is evident in major World Powers, on down to backwater banana republics.

1 Million Scams on a million fronts continue to occur, throwing the Sheep into despair and wasted effort running to and fro.  Nothing gets better...only worse.

Humanity should be "Getting It" by now.

It is beyond ignoring at this point.  You can't run and hide from a World-on-Fire!  The first thing to do would be to STOP PLAYING THEIR GAME, AND BY THEIR RULES.

Humanity had best make up our own rules that work for US, and begin to hold accountable the "administrators" and "leaders" faking like they are working for US!
