It's more than the second amendment. The first is taking a hit when the entire Federal Government dictates policy for the agent based corporate and private and public entities. So much for the research based university and teaching critical thinking.

Losing your gun is hardly comparable to losing your livelihood, tenure, or your right to travel or be employed based upon your DSM-5 credit score, mental health or political affiliation. The Feds come after you and we have seen it with BLM, IRS, FBI, DHS and a host of others. It's not surprising that the  FAU, a public univesity is kowtowing to Obama and the current 'Lynch' mob.
