This scripture of men not laying with men is in the OLD TESTAMENT and I do believe that Jesus, was touted with bringing a NEW TESTAMENT...a new covenant as it were.
I like Jesus. I am not making a judgment as to his divinity at all. I like his attitude and advice's. I like his irreverence of the Jewish bullshit in ancient Palestine.

ReplyDeleteI do have issues with Tarpely on some matters, but to say that he is simply not "legit" would be to misrepresent my opinion of him badly.
I don't necessarily agree totally with anyone. I think Tarpley overall has a reasonable analysis the majority of the time.
I did not post Tarpley's article because I agree with it one hundred percent. I think he makes some strong points.
But I also think that there is a tendency to go overboard in coloring anyone who isn't "Perfect" as an agent. We tend to forget that there are countless attitudes and points of view. I am still of the opinion that it is more dangerous to attack anyone who becomes a whistleblower as an "agent" -- afterall, it is only those who have been "inside" who have the information to blow the whistle on. And more than that is the murder of incentive to blow the whistle when anyone doing so is immediately lynched by so many of the "Sophisticati" of sociopolitical analysis.
We should remember above all else, that everyone has their own story, presented by their own unique perspective - and that they are all just stories, allegorical constructs in an attempt to make a cohesive sense of the world.
It is said that "a little bit of knowledge is a dangerous thing"...
Well then; we are going to have to contend with that very sort of danger, for the quick window of a single human lifetime can only glean a very little bit of knowledge, compared to all there is to know about life and the universe.

The one thing that definitely rings true in Tarpleys treatise here is nothing new was exposed in Snowdens expose'. The assumption that TPTB's been hacking into the web keeping tabs on us has been discussed many times here on C1. It's been common acknowledgement throughout many alternate news sites. Our defense is, there's now too many of us. They come after the intellectuals and dissidents first? They've created their own monster by stirring a massive WTF moment through a large segment of the population. There is the point made that Snowden was only a "security guard" at NSA. This misframes his position totally. He was in charge of "computer security" ... this isn't some 'renta-cop' position like a guard at the kiosk at the gate of a facility.

Rappoport makes a mockery of Snowden talking about Snowdens' "Magic Thumbdrive" in one of his articles. There is nothing magical about thumbdrives - we all have experience with them by now. But if Snowden knew how to over-ride the traces of having downloaded to his thumbdrive from the system...in other words if it was his job, to check for such malfeasance in the system, then what better position is there to have in cracking into the safe?
One more thing - about some of this squawk about "tensions with China"...{a Tarpley assertion} ...Deb mentioned this and I agree with her. China and the US are on the same NWO course, they are playtime enemies...just like in 1984. I suspect this is so as per Putin as well. Intelligence is a house of mirrors full of cigar smoke.

As a connoisseur of religions, I've seen a lot of similarities between Buddhism and the monotheistic triad, The former is distinguished by rejecting dieties altogether or giving them only secondary recognition, but they share similarities in symbolism and surrounding mythology, and both reject this world as hopelessly evil and have adherents practice asceticism and focus on some sort of afterlife. By contrast, the polythestic religions tend to celebrate the joys of this life and not give an awful lot of thought to the next, except to emphasize an on-going connection with ancestors.

ReplyDeleteI just can't accept that Snowden didn't have a good conscience guiding his actions. I have the same opinion of Greenwald. Now that Snowden may have been assisted in getting away with what he was doing by Booz Allen unknown to him is a better likelihood. And surely the main manipulation of those two was at the hand-off to the MSM, and the Guardian itself likely involved in the set-up.

Something should be said for Sybel Edmonds in all this as well, one of the heaviest gagged whistleblowers of all time. She didn't suffer the brutal treatments of Manning, but she was better placed, older and wiser in the route she took - but still it was a matter of courage and honor.

Is available as a free PDF...just put that in your browser and you should find it easily. I highly recommend this book as one of the most profound essays I have ever read.
It may seem difficult and alien at first but I implore all to give it a fair chance...by the end of the first chapter I think anyone with a fair intelligence will be so intrigued that they will simply have to finish it.
You won't be left guessing about the history of religion after the lessons in this book - the scholarship is impeccable, the writing brilliant and succinct, the approach remarkably honest and humble.
I read the 'trade paperback' edition some twenty five years or so ago. Reviewing it now, a little older - a little wiser, it blew my mind again even more than the first time.

We may, and I have as well, lambasted the notion of “Blowback” as the all defining answer. But this is only because in focusing only on Blowback there is the tendency to dismiss the reality of False Flags.
But Blowback is eminently rational in terms of cause and effect. It is only the irrationality of dismissing the historical fact of False Flag operations to defend the Blowback theory that becomes clickish error.
As an example of what I am trying to express here can be examined in this quote by Chomsky, who is well known as a 'Left Gatekeeper':

I don't think anyone here would argue with Chomsky, or say this statement is incorrect, or even an attempt to hide something deeper. There is a range of opinion and analysis, and I think it best to keep in mind that there are valid issues and expositions that can come from both the left and the right, and it is in their totality that we see the synthetic nature of the dialectical between them. The Left makes accurate critics of the Right, and visa versa. It is in remaining aware of each and not rejecting either that stands as the middle ground of sanity, in my view.

The New York Daily News highlights the fact that Hastings had received multiple death threats before his demise.

“Whenever I’d been reporting around groups of dudes whose job it was to kill people, one of them would usually mention that they were going to kill me,” said Hastings.
If this was an isolated incident then there wouldn’t be so many questions swirling about Hastings’ death. However, he’s certainly not the first individual to go up against the military-industrial complex and wind up in a coffin.
Other journalists who have proven to be a thorn in the side of the establishment have met the same fate, from Andrew Breitbart who was about to release damaging pre-election information about Barack Obama before he collapsed and died in strange circumstances, to Gary Webb, the Pullitzer prize-winning author who exposed the CIA’s involvement in the drug trade and subsequently committed “suicide” after apparently shooting himself in the head – twice.
It’s virtually inevitable that the true cause of Michael Hastings death will never be known and that the mainstream media will demonize anyone who questions the official narrative as a conspiracy theorist. Meanwhile, journalists and others who pose a threat to the military-industrial complex will continue to die in bizarre “accidents” that stink of foul play.

In return, they are told what to put in their videos such as the satanic type rituals and symbolism all over music videos today. THe "artists" give up all rights to having any creative input of their own. WHich in fact, is the definition of selling out.

As I just finished reading John Taylor Gatto's WEAPONS OF MASS INSTRUCTION, these critiques struck me as especially woowoo.
Dropping out of school in no way defines one as ignorant, it defines one as less indoctrinated. I found Rappoport using this line as especially ludicrous, considering his normal take on such situations. A matter of hypocritically blocking one set of one's sensibilities in favor of the present argument.

ReplyDeleteAbout five minutes before we went on air, a lady came in and demanded that I say absolutely nothing about religion whatsoever (I was being featured as Japan's first foreign Shinto priestess). I knew from where the order had originated--the shrine that had trained me. I was being used as a political tool, and I knew it, and had some sympathy for their position. "Mr I" had all kinds of things he wanted me to say, and I had no intention of saying any of them. He also demanded that my TV appearance be kept secret from the shrine until about ten minutes before I went on air, which is when he called them. I did my little half-assed spiel, I had very little practice and no deep knowledge of Shinto at the time, and resented being spotlighted that way, but felt felt under obligation. So, yes, I was vapid.
