The Plantation Mentality
ReplyDeleteIn 2003 I moved from San Diego, California to Thomasville, Georgia. That is deep-south Georgia, about half an hour from Tallahassee, Florida. It is there I came to know the Plantation Mentality, one that comes in various classes; the attitudes of the wealthy inheritors of the plantations, and the systemic subservience of everyone else. This is modern contact with the the feudal consciousness. It was a fascinating experience, eye-opening and troubling. For the most part, these are a bitter people, haunted by the past – a past that still lives large in their imaginations. There is a saccharine layer of their attitudes that is expressed as “southern hospitality”; which is bald unctuous flattery.
This state of being isn't exclusive to the people of the south, it is simply more common and more deeply expressed there. The thinnest transparent veil covers the racist attitudes that linger in all layers of southern society. The middle to lower classes are still fawning sycophants, the upper class arrogant to the point of hubris. As is obvious to any who have traveled the US, it is again, a matter of degree between the south and elsewhere. In Thomasville it is pandemic and pathological.
In terms of the future, of not just the south, not just the US, but globally-- this issue of the 'plantation mentality' is pertinent and pressing. This is because the 'plantation model' is the template for the future that the social engineers have designed and built close to fruition. It will be a neofeudalism for a postmodern world where there are imposed 'corporate plantations'. Only a vast neurotic society can result in such a system. It will be the Dark Ages Redux. How long this loss of Liberty and human dignity will last is anyone's guess – it could be centuries.
Or it may take just a couple of decades before the madmen running this joint blow it to Hell in a nuclear war.

ReplyDeleteOn the day I left San Diego for Georgia, Amerika began the air invasion of Iraq. Mars was bright in the night sky...a lovely desert night in Arizona where I had stopped at a motel. It seemed poetic in a fateful way that the god of war was represented in the heavens at that time. And later inside the hotel room I saw the actual attack on Baghdad on the television. I have said several times here that the COMMITTEE loves to present the future in the form of Holyrood documentaries or feature films. If you saw the remakes of Bourne series, The Net, Eagle Eye, Live Free or Die Hard, etc. then you know that a split second is your entire life in terabyte speed. Providing you the wrong medication, igniting a gas leak in your home, changing a camera based street light from green to red without yellow or sending special law enforcement to your house as a fresh killer of your family is very easy.

It also allows for government or organizational gangstalking and sabotage which I had experienced in less than a full press ten years ago. With the net-Ops ability squarely in control of the COMMITTEE and shadow operators, you have little recourse but to slowly go “postal” which by the way is a psy-Ops technique with MK-Ultra, pharma and gangstalking elements used. This was the tactic used with Bruce Ivins who was innocent but needed to close the books on the Committee second phase deflection program to 911 false flag.
Feel honored if you get that type of attention but realize that you will be identified for a series of considerations should you exhibit problematic tendencies.

It could be centuries, as in the case of the Tokugawa shogunate. I realized a few years ago that Japanese society is very similar to Southern society, though it lacks the open violence of the latter. My conjecture was the climate was similar, and that might be part of the reason. Even the species I've observed are nearly identical, though the physical separation has been long enough that scientists have recently created new genuses for New World species that used to be considered part of Old World genuses.
ReplyDeleteI don't know whether the climate predisposed them both to tyrannies or not, but the Japanese lived with tyranny for several centuries. The Tokugawa tyranny was a reprieve from several prior centuries of constant warfare, and though it was a tyranny, culture managed to flourish. My impression of the Tokugawas is that they showed an amazing amount of self-restraint. If they don't (as happens in most Western societies), they implode within decades, because greedy rulers undercut their own support.
The result of living with tyranny is a sturdy veneer of conformity, politeness and docility. "The nail that sticks up gets hammered down." People devise ways of getting what they need to survive. Like herd animals or fish in schools, it is crucial not to get singled out.
The short term is the biggest concern, I think. One way or another, there is going to be a die-off. It should be no surprise that the elites are jockeying for survival of an episode of pitchfork-wielding crowds, because that is what happens when starvation sets in.
It should be no surprise that they are trying out newly engineered viruses one after another, and building concentration camps, complete with ovens, and cornering the market on ammunition. At least they can be said to have their eyes open. Anyone denying this is a fool. The elite are being more and more blatant about it as time marches on.
As a group, though, they are driven by both greed and fear, and the consideration and compassion they show for us, they show for each other. I'd say, sit tight and watch them eat each other, though that will not be pretty either. The society that appears after they get done will by necessity be far more local, and therefore diverse. I think people benefited enough from the modern system that they will do whatever they can to prop it up, including tolerating tyranny. In all likelihood, though, it will become increasingly physically difficult to maintain.
You're right, but it's going to feel like damnation. We'll help whomever we can.

A "careless mistake" [?] by Microsoft programmers has revealed that special access codes prepared by the US National Security Agency have been secretly built into Windows. The NSA access system is built into every version of the Windows operating system now in use, except early releases of Windows 95 (and its predecessors). The discovery comes close on the heels of the revelations earlier this year that another US software giant, Lotus, had built an NSA “help information” trapdoor into its Notes system, and that security functions on other software systems had been deliberately crippled.

I have found Ms Prins to be one of those thorough investigative research reporters that digs up the real goods that connect many dots - to the many dots we already have on our necklace of truth. She is also quite knowledgeable in the ins and outs of "economics", able to explain the inner workings of the money scams.

Meanwhile, the Executive Branch is being run by kindred spirits, as hostile to the First Amendment as to the Fourth.
