FBI Wants Greater Surveillance Powers

FBI Director Robert Mueller wants Congress to enact greater surveillance powers following the false flag underwear bomb plot blamed on Al Qaeda.

In May 9 testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, he said:

"We've seen over the last several days, particularly with regard to the IED that was recently recovered, that terrorism is and should be and continues to be our No. 1 priority and the No. 1 priority of a number of our intelligence agencies."

Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) surveillance provisions expire at yearend. National Intelligence Director James Clapper and Attorney General Eric Holder call renewing them the intelligence community's top legislative priority. Read more 

Testimony of FBI Director Mueller about Surveillance and Tracking of Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney

It appears that the FBI has been tracking and had surveillance on Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. No one knows how long this has been going on. It was made public during a committee hearing yesterday.

It was a Judiciary Committee hearing yesterday May 9th, 2012, where FBI Director Robert Mueller was being questioned by Congresswoman Maxine Waters. The question was regarding FBI surveillance and tracking of Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney. Mueller played dumb, saying he was not aware of anything in that regard. Waters replied saying that it was mentioned in his FBI report. Mueller continued to deny knowledge or memory of it and the chair moved to the next questioner.  Read more

I can't imagine exactly what more they could possible want in lieu of this staged event. This particular one was consistent with previous stagings and had very little flair as compared to previous events with the exception to the same triple cross with a double agent.  Quick thinking and timing almost kept this  from blowing up in the committees pink panties. But again it's just too obvious.
