Virginia Tech Redux
CNN reported that a sixth person has been declared dead after the shooting. Three people have been admitted to a local hospital.
The rampage happened about 10:40 a.m. local time at Oikos University in Oakland, CA. Police have not confirmed the deaths, but several media companies are reporting the number.
The suspect was described by police as an Asian man wearing tan or khaki clothing with a heavy build. He is believed to be the only shooter. Read More

The legislation calls upon the President to use the United States’ “voice, vote, and influence” to urge the UN:
to establish a United Nations Rapid Deployment Police and Security Force (Police and Security Force) that can be quickly dispatched under the authority of the UN Security Council; to recruit volunteer personnel for the force; and to provide equitable and reliable funding for the Police and Security Force.
Additionally, the legislation calls upon the President to:
urge UN member nations to enter into regional partnerships for the purpose of forming Rapid Deployment Brigades, made up of on-call units of national forces, capable of deploying within 30 days of a Security Council resolution;

Indeed, the U.S. never produced the white paper which it long ago promised would prove that Bin Laden was behind 9/11. Moreover, many years after the FBI first stated that it did not have sufficient evidence to prosecute Bin Laden for 9/11, the agency still does not have any hard evidence linking Bin Laden to the crime.
And many of the supposed Bin Laden tapes have almost certainly been faked. So the government has failed to meet even its initial burden of proof against Bin Laden.

One of my favorite movies was 'Telefon' with Charles Bronson. They did not want that movie out so soon after the Church Committee hearings but the Death Wish movies were fine. When cornered and exposed, the beast lashes out and rips the victims apart with it's arms, or bites off their heads.
