It seems to me, that if you are asking for immunity up-front, you already know that something has been done that without immunity, would land somebody in the slammer. From Fox News:

Among others, the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM), an organization initially sparked by Bill Gates, has been granted such immunities under U.S. law, according to the International Organizations Immunities Act. The World Bank, among other development finance institutions, also enjoys immunities.

as far as "intelligence" goes, the USA went "bankrupt" over 30 years ago. what we have here at COTO is like a food co-op for information. now, if you buy "global warming is a scam," you are simply buying hydrogenated corn-oil glop passing itself off as food.
global warming is real. climate change is here. we can not reverse it,,, but we CAN make it worse... just like the die-off. is it used as a tool for the power-elites to maintain power? of course. if they can not create an "event" as a psy-op, they will use real events and package causality to their advantage.
likewise, "one-world government" has been around for a while, just like the OLD world order. Eddleson in "Great Betrayal" is using (and exaggerating) actual events to work his own operation the same way... just like the "global elites" are trying to "manage" the die-off. does not mean it aint largely "real."

Is "free-market environmentalism" an oxymoron? In my opinion-- it is. If you want to see what the "free market" looks like... go to any Wal-Mart. I will have to take your word for it... because I have never been inside a Wal-Mart... and have only observed them first-hand on the outside and on the web. Sorry... that's enough for me.

We must parse the two, the branded scam of "global warming" and the actual devastation caused by the footprint of humanity. The first [brand] takes the second as illustration and puts it to the industrialists own agenda. It is the movers and shakers after all that created this fucked up world. As it is they know nothing but gaming the odds at any table they come to. So now they attempt to play this “Free-market environmentalism” card - trading "credits" for damages done as playing chips in a game.
Yea, they have been at this game for centuries, they are frikkin psychos and any one lucid can see that. Letting them further divide with such dialectics as anti/environmental v environmental is ludicrous.
Agenda 21 has as much to do with the environment as the mainstream churches have to do with spirituality - none, both are concerned with political and social power--nothing else.

Ask any Walmartian (collecting unemployment) who carps about "sending American jobs to China." The "movers and shakers" could not have crapped-up the environment without our complicity. Just like them, we race to the bottom... where it's "cheapest." And just like them, we dole out lots of bullshit rationalization (usually canned "ideology") for what we would do anyway.
Yet- hidden behind every fat-cat Cardinal there is a Zoe Laboure who weaves the miraculous mettle twill make more bold... while the rest hoard gold. Witch may/not be a good thing. Polarization flash-point comes closer as half of USAons are now below the "poverty line." Of course the sock-puppets will "redefine" the line... but that will not feed anybody... so black majik johnson will be seen as a last recourse... until we eat the last resource.
