Funny You should mention wine. I know three locals that make homeade wine. one lady makes agarita wine from wild berries. Another makes cactus pear wine and it is real strong. Larry makes blueberry that is the best I ever had. He also has 50 black spanish grape vines. I am going to start My first batch of mixed fruit wine soon. I want to know what i am consuming.
