I never heard of Barry Cooper until just now. Is he out of jail? He explains in one of the comments under the video that he wasn't stoned but completely exhausted. I believe him. Why would an avowed pothead lie about that? Besides, I get all loopy like that when I'm exhausted and he sounds a helluva lot more coherent than I do when I'm tired....haha
Btw, his little pot lab setup for the kops was brilliant. There is nothing I admire more than an ex cop or ex marine blowing the whistle on the corruption in their former ranks.
