The issue of the reporters was just a setup and cover for this historical changeover as Jong-Il had become less a player. I presume as well Jong-Il was delivered and presented with his pancreatic cancer by the Committee.

Previous violations - 1991 Bilderberg meeting, Bill arrived prior to his election where he was given the task at hand in exchange for the presidency and forty virgins. The WTO or 'Bretton Woods revisted' as I call it.
The rush to get China to rewrite their terms and on board in May 2001 was critical, as they wanted completed before they unleashed 911, which would have put it on the back burner and under more scrutiny.

THis system insures that banking and trade and monetary indexes are never interupted even at times of war. That's so you can buy your China Walmart trinkets while dropping bombs on Beijing.
