There are two basic objections to Dr. Collins. The first is his very public embrace of religion. He wrote a book called “The Language of God,” and he has given many talks and interviews in which he described his conversion to Christianity as a 27-year-old medical student. Religion and genetic research have long had a fraught relationship, and some in the field complain about what they see as Dr. Collins’s evangelism.

Every decent president knew that the deficit required a balanced budget. Comprised of curbing spending, value added tax increases and trimming government waste.
ReplyDeleteThe collusion of the Order in Bush-Clinton-Bush-Obama is simple:
1. No new taxes-(taxes raised across the board-major war spending)
2. Raised taxes-(but gave the rich slave labor immigration, WTO and offshore banking and Gramm-Bliley
3. Spent like a drunken sailor and lower taxes for the rich while ignoring jobs and infrastructure. All spending abroad.
4. Talks about raising taxes 250K plus but that won't happen until after the 2010 elections, meanwhile he has increased the FED's power to run amuck without any financial oversight.
Bankers live in Congress and Wallstreet is a day care for white collar criminals.
Unemployment will approach 11% by the summer of 2010.
Now, now, Puddy, let's not be so negative here. Unemployment was lower last week (only 5+k jobs lost instead of 6+k) that should be good news. Also, the only reason why we're not back on the saddle again is and buying shit like there's no tomorrow is because things are a little bit slow getting started but Congress is on that already, they've decided we (and you know who "we" are) need a new stimulus. Also, the bankers have decided that the government isn't being too fair to them on the price they're offering for their toxic assets, they feel it should much more because the toxins are of great value and refuse to let them go unless the price is right. Now, a bit of bad news is that - for some ungoldly reason - people are hesitant to buy homes which is not helping jumpstart the housing market. These selfish bastards are somehow worried about unemployment and the economy (now, if I find the bastard that spread that rumor around, I swear I'm gonna kill him!). So, in case any of these things I've said are confusing to you, please, look thru the articles I've posted today, it's all in there, in black and white and straight from the pages of the NYT.
ReplyDeleteDo you feel better now?
Yer optimism is killing Me. The Demo-tards already said "We dont think another stimulus is a good idea" . Which actually means there is going to be another one, but they already said they were against it. So when its done they are absolved from any guilt (in the sheeples minds) What they need is an indulgence.
