I saw Dubya who is in Africa conning the population on some eugenics clinic. I still dislike both faces equally. He told a joke and did the same thing he did as CIC. Snickered and glanced backward to no one. It used to be his handler, Cheney, remember :)

Thus the Maxim -- "Never Trust a Politician". Sick that populations want to give them power to govern them. A serious flaw in humans.
