This is what a police state looks like..

Jack booted thugs scaring senior citizens at a social security office in Leesburg, Florida...How would you feel, if you or your family member were there?...protected and safe? or scared to death seeing "officers" with semi-automatic rifles who refuse to answer questions as to WHY they are there?

Read the article and then watch the video. Be sure to click the links within the article, particulary the LA Times piece which illustrates just how dumbed down Americans are that accept these actions by their government.  People like that scare me more than those semi automatics.

The Patriot Act, NDAA, presidential signing statements....our Bill of Rights shredded.  This is not America.  This is a police state.   There is no more "innocent until proven guilty".  We are now all considered guilty by the state.  And we all wondered how it happened in Nazi Germany?  The answer is becoming clearer with every news story reported as the one below.  There are hundreds of these "security searches", drills and checkpoints going on all across the U.S. every single day.  Is this what you call a free country?   It hasn't been since our Reichstag Fire.... 9/11. ~jg

Residents of Leesburg, Florida were shocked to see their local Social Security office turned into a random Homeland Security checkpoint Tuesday morning, as DHS officers armed with semiautomatic rifles and accompanied by sniffer dogs checked identifications of locals.
DHS Officers Armed With Semiautomatics Set Up Unannounced ID Checkpoint 010412shield1 h400

“With their blue and white SUVs circled around the Main Street office, at least one official was posted on the door with a semiautomatic rifle, randomly checking identifications. And other officers, some with K-9s, sifted through the building,” reports the Daily Commercial.

The activity was part of Operation Shield, an unannounced drill conducted by the DHS’ Federal Protective Service centered around “detecting the presence of unauthorized persons and potentially disruptive or dangerous activities.”

Thomas Milligan, district manager for the Social Security Administration office, said staff were not informed their offices were about to be stormed by armed FPS officers. DHS officials refused to answer questions asked by local media and left with no explanation at noon.

“Part of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FPS is the federal law enforcement agency that provides integrated security and law enforcement services to over 9,000 federally-owned and leased buildings, facilities, properties and other assets,” states the report.

Indeed, the FPS is used for a variety of roles, not just limited to setting up unannounced ID checkpoints.

As part of the reinvention of the Department of Homeland Security to serve as a tool of political repression, the Federal Protective Service is used by the DHS to track the political activities of peaceful advocacy groups. The FPS was seen arresting photographers in Portland last November during an OWS rally.

In 2004, the FPS arrested a veteran for the crime of complaining to his local VA office in Des Moines.

A separate component of Homeland Security, VIPR (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response), recently received an expansion in funding from Congress that will see 2011′s figure of around 9,300 checkpoints increased with the addition of 12 new VIPR teams, who will be used to carry out security checks at bus depots, train stations, ferry ports and highways.

The extra money is being demanded despite the fact that there is “no proof that the roving viper teams have foiled any terrorist plots or thwarted any major threat to public safety,” according to an L.A. Times report.

  6. I've been thinking about the hundreds of thousands of cheering, rabid fanatics that attend college & pro football games (and other sports). They are completely caught up in emotional entertainment which is the same as Right/Left paradigm. I think it is re-enforced every time they participate, where 2 sides compete, 1 wins. Neither "team" is necessarily good or bad, just representative of a city, college, whatever. I don't understand the fervor worked up in these situations, with the root, root, rooting...

Anyways, imagine if...these 100's of thousands of fanatics would "wake up" to Who is doing What to Whom, and direct their fervor to Humanity Against the Machine {place name of opponent here}. If it wasn't co-opted, and the fans actually understood Who was against them, how dirty they play, grasped the ramifications, and the dire import of "winning" the game against this foe...WOE, WOW! Something might be accomplished in the nation, and the world, instead of a BS Title, tail-gate party, and meaningless waste of energy and resources. I wish...people would "get it". When they rushed the "field", no elite's guard could stop the torrent.

  7. Great analogy Boom. I agree, Imagine harnessing THAT energy for good! I root for the Phillies, Eagles & Flyers but I figure it's ok because I know what the REAL score is. I heard a guy on our local sports channel who was trying out for "wingbowl" a yearly event in Philly where grown men try to outeat each other for prizes..lol Anyway, he was calling himself the contestant for freedom and telling everyone that they should vote for Ron Paul.

Put him down as another sports fan that cares about the BIG GAME of people vs tyrants .........

This is true only to a certain extent now however with the scientific dictatorship under the Public Relations Regime.

In this paradigm 'You can fool MOST of the people ALL of the time.' The margins do not count. It doesn't matter if a small minority cannot be fooled – it is statistically meaningless to the political powers.

  9. National Guard Gets Joint Chiefs of Staff Slot For No Apparent Reason

Army Times (“Top Guard officer joins Joint Chiefs of Staff“):

The National Guard Bureau’s top officer is now a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. A provision in the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act, signed into law Dec. 31 by President Obama, adds the Guard leader to the nation’s highest military advisory group.

As of Tuesday, the biography of the current chief of the Guard, Air Force Gen. Craig McKinley, was on the Joint Chiefs website, alongside bios for the other military service chiefs.

    ___________________________________

I don't understand why everybody seems so puzzled by this move. The National Guard is being ushered in to the joint chiefs because the domestic theater is now part of the 'battleground'.

Both the article itself, and the comments seem to be written by zombies that have no idea that NDAA2012 is signed into law, and what its implications are.

"They are completely caught up in emotional entertainment which is the same as Right/Left paradigm. " EXACTLY correct, Boom! A perfect description of the average resident here in krakkerland.

If the hijacked "election" in 2000 (and 04) was a clue... USA PATRIOT was a huge glowing "exit" sign. Showed hundreds of young people the history of Nazi Germany... and focused on the invasion of Poland and associated memes in 03 with the invasion of Iraq. Nobody made the connection. Nobody. Finally gave up. Maybe the #occupy is a ray of hope... I don't know.

But am totally burned out on that "hopey-changey" shit. Never expected the Kenyan to make any difference whatsoever... but did have "hopes" that same-shit-different-sack would be a big clue. Nope. Especially here in krakkerland where they are still root-root-rooting for "their" tuber. Things they do is awful cold...

  12. Rather reminiscent of the way the Federal Reserve came into being – over the holidays NDAA 2012 sat in the boiler room of Congress for most of the season, with some theatrical posturing {but only for the politically astute as most Amerikans don't give a slippery shit about the workings of the government}. The bill was finally sent to the desk of the executive to be signed, on New Years Eve. This is two years shy of a century from a similar signing on Christmas Eve in 1913.

The historical connections between these two acts are hardly coincidental, they are in fact bookends to the ongoing agenda. That agenda is spelled out in great detail in the Protocols of the Parasites. Anyone who fails to see this agenda as in action, and to note this century long span of prima facea evidence is sleepwalking.

And they won't Waldo...even when attrition throws their stupefied asses in the streets to fight or starve...they still won't get it, all they will get is their personal desperation. The more desperate they become the less interested in any "reasons" for such desperation they will be, all they will want is action to sustain themselves.

The days of reason and law have long since past, this is the dawn of that new dark age that the last few generations of prophets have been pointing to.

It is here, it's not coming.

  23. In light of our discussion here, I find this article I found on yahoo right now really interesting....
Auschwitz sees record number of visitors in 2011

ARSAW, Poland (AP) — The memorial site of Auschwitz-Birkenau says it saw more than 1.4 million visitors in 2011, a record high for the former death camp.

The figure released Friday underlines how the death and labor complex that Nazi Germany built in occupied southern Poland during World War II has become one of Europe's most visited Holocaust remembrance sites.

While the large number of visitors is seen as important for Holocaust education, mass tourism there is also adding strain to the barracks and other structures. Many are already in a state of severe dilapidation due to the passage of time, and the officials overseeing the site are struggling to preserve what they can.

The museum and memorial site said most of the visitors last year were from Poland, but other nations represented in large numbers are Britain, Italy, Israel, Germany, France and the United States.

  49. And as history demonstrates, when horrible economics overwhelm a society, political leaders search for a means of generating national jingoism to redirect the angry mob. That search for political safety usually turns to war.

“So then you look at the trade wars that they’re now talking about,” Celente said. “And, as I said, when you add them up, you have the beginnings of a great war going on already. Oh, and now, and now, they’re talking about, hey, we did such a great job in Iraq and Afghanistan, why don’t we bomb Iran? Have you heard the presidential candidates of the United States, with the exception of Ron Paul, that all want to go to war against Iran? So you can see where it’s going.

Montana is full of surly armed men - a lot of them moved there during the "militia rage" and have remained in militia rage since.

The first real battles are likely to take place in Montana or Idaho, another state packed with those dedicated to a liberty lifestyle.

The Feds are ready for them - up to a point...and that point is numbers. If the numbers swell, all bets are off.
