Dead Birds, Dead Fish and One Murdered Military BioWeapons Expert

There have been numerous bird and fish kills all over the world the past few years.

***Here is a list of the top 10 Theories for Dead Birds and Fish

Odd that after reading about the dead birds and fish in Arkansas,  I found this little news article.  I wonder if Mr Wheeler knew anything about the government's little population control experiments this past weekend?  Look at what Mr. Wheeler was involved with during his military career:

"Wheeler's military career included serving in the office of the secretary of defense and writing a manual on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons, which recommended that the United States not use biological weapons."

Was he a whistleblower who was silenced?  Did he threaten to go public with the government's depopulation by bioweapons plan?  Perhaps that's why his body ended up dumped by a garbage truck into a Delaware landfill.

Read the article below and see if you sense any connection ~jg

From Associated Press

DOVER, Del. – The body of a military expert who served in three Republican administrations was found dumped in a landfill over the holiday weekend, and investigators said Monday they do not know who might have killed him.

John Wheeler III, 66, was last seen Dec. 28 on an Amtrak train from Washington to Wilmington. His body was found three days later, on New Year's Eve, as a garbage truck emptied its contents at the Cherry Island landfill. His death has been ruled a homicide.

Wheeler, who served in Vietnam, helped lead efforts to build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial wall in Washington.

The former Army officer lived in New Castle and worked as a consultant for The Mitre Corporation, a nonprofit based in Bedford, Mass., and McLean, Va., that operates federally funded research and development centers.

Police have determined that all the stops made Friday by the garbage truck before it arrived at the landfill involved large commercial disposal bins in Newark, several miles from Wheeler's home.

"He was just not the sort of person who would wind up in a landfill," said Bayard Marin, an attorney who was representing Wheeler in a dispute over a couple's plans to build a new home in the historic district of Old New Castle where the victim lived.

Wheeler, the son of a decorated Army officer, was a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy. He retired from the military in 1971.

Wheeler served as a special assistant to the secretary of the Air Force under President George W. Bush, and in the administrations of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush. He also was the first chief executive of Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

As the first chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, Wheeler led the multimillion-dollar fundraising effort to create the memorial on Washington's National Mall.

Fund founder and president Jan Scruggs said Wheeler dedicated himself to ensuring that service members were given the respect they deserve.

"I know how passionate he was about honoring all who serve their nation, and especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice," Scruggs said in a statement released Monday.

In a forward for the book, "Reflections On The Wall: The Vietnam Veterans Memorial," Wheeler wrote that the beauty of the wall photos in the book comes from the black granite's reflective quality.

"Before construction of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, those of us working on the project knew the wall would be shiny and reflective," he wrote. "But no one anticipated the sharp, true, and expansive mirror quality of the wall. The high polish of the black granite surface reflects blue sky, green trees, the Washington Monument, the Capitol Dome, the Lincoln Memorial, and the expressive faces of visitors who approach the Wall."

Wheeler's military career included serving in the office of the secretary of defense and writing a manual on the effectiveness of biological and chemical weapons, which recommended that the United States not use biological weapons.

"He was a very humble kind of guy, actually," Marin said. "He was never the kind of person who would talk about all the wonderful things he did in his life."

May Mr Wheeler r.i.p. ~jg

http://www.examiner.com/criminal-profiles-in-national/john-p-wheeler-iii-the-neighbors-twistWheeler's last neighbor, and the one who has the most to share about the week surrounding his death, is Ron Roark.

John's neighbor Ron heard loud noise emminating from John's television during Christmas week, and it wasn't the usual occassional program, as Roark says: it was so loud as to be disturbing...and it was continuous for days.

Delaware law enforcement aren't saying how John P. Wheeler III died, but they are denying his home was the crime scene. However, according to WTOP FM Radio, two wooden chairs in the Wheeler's kitchen had yellow crime scene tape stretched across them--and several wooden floorboards near the two chairs were missing.

This could indicate that John P. Wheeler took that Amtrak train and actually made it home. He might also have had an unexpected guest who felt noise was called for as he searched for something buried in the kitchen--and left John Wheeler tied to a chair.

Police have not indicated how John Wheeler died, thus it is not know if torture was part of that death. But unusually loud television noise is often used to mask the sounds of activity others are not meant to hear in the criminal world, and John P. Wheeler did die by foul play.

UPDATE ON WHEELER MURDER 1/5/11

Washington Post Staff Writer
Wednesday, January 5, 2011; 10:16 PM

John P. Wheeler III, a former Army officer who helped lead efforts to build the Vietnam Veterans Memorial, was seen wandering in apparent confusion in downtown Wilmington in the days before he was found slain in a local landfill, police in Delaware said Wednesday.

Wheeler, 66, a lawyer and longtime business and government consultant who lived near Wilmington, was found Friday by a landfill worker who saw his body in a load of rubbish being dumped by a truck. Investigators said the trash had been picked up hours earlier from receptacles in Newark, Del., west of the city.

Authorities said he was a homicide victim but have not disclosed how he died.

Newark police said Wednesday that Wheeler was seen in an office building in Wilmington's central business district "as late as 8:30 p.m." last Thursday, about 13 hours before his remains turned up at the landfill. On security video from the building, Wheeler "appears confused," police Lt. Mark A. Farrall said.

The 14-story Nemours Building, at 10th and Orange streets, where Wheeler was seen, is part of the headquarters complex of chemical giant DuPont.

"Police also have learned that earlier in the day . . . Mr. Wheeler was approached inside this building by several individuals who offered assistance to him, which Mr. Wheeler declined," Farrall said. That encounter occurred about 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

The night before, investigators said, a disheveled and disoriented Wheeler was seen in a downtown parking garage, a half-mile from the Nemours Building.

Surveillance video from the HyPark garage, next to the New Castle County Courthouse, shows Wheeler staggering along a narrow corridor, clad in a dark suit coat, dark pants and a white shirt, and holding his right shoe in his left hand.

He hobbled past an attendant's window, then returned and spoke briefly to the person behind the glass, ending the exchange by jabbing a finger. He walked unsteadily along another hall toward an exit door that was open. He pulled the door closed, then turned, threw up his arms as if in frustration and got on an elevator.

Security guard Cathleen Boyer, who saw Wheeler at the garage, told the News Journal of Wilmington that Wheeler said he had been robbed of his briefcase. She said that his speech was not slurred and that she did not notice any odor of alcohol.
"He had dirt on his right leg," the newspaper quoted Boyer as saying. "His eyes were red, like he was crying or something."

'Always sharp'

Asked whether Wheeler was prone to episodes of mental confusion, his attorney, Bayard Marin, said in an interview, "Oh God, not at all."

Marin added, "He was always very bright, always sharp."

Wheeler, a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Harvard Business School and Yale Law School, was "the kind of guy you had to work hard to stay ahead of," Marin said. He said that when he and Wheeler last spoke by phone, Dec. 27, Wheeler sounded "fine, excellent."

Wheeler and his wife, Katherine Klyce, have been enmeshed in a protracted legal fight to stop construction of a large house across from theirs in New Castle, Del.

Marin, who has been representing Wheeler and Klyce in the lawsuit, said Klyce did not want to be interviewed about her husband's death. Wheeler's wife was away from home during the time he was observed in Wilmington last week.

"The police have not revealed much information to us," Marin said. "I suppose anything is in the range of possibility. . . . If you have a person who is somehow disoriented or having a problem of some kind, there are certainly sadistic people out there on the street who would take advantage of a person like that."

Wheeler served as a junior staff officer in Vietnam and at the Pentagon before leaving the Army as a captain in the early 1970s. As the first chairman of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, he was instrumental in erecting the memorial on the Mall amid fierce controversy over its stark design. In time, the divisiveness gave way to acceptance of "the Wall" as an iconic national symbol of service and sacrifice.

In the decades since the memorial opened 1982, Wheeler worked as lawyer for the Securities and Exchange Commission and as a self-employed business consultant. He also held a few mid-level advisory posts in the federal government, including a stint in the mid-2000s as a special assistant to the Air Force secretary.

Most recently, Wheeler had been working under contract for the Mitre Corp., based in McLean and Bedford, Mass. The company does computer-related research and development for several government agencies.

He was a part-time consultant involved in "promoting discussions among government, industry and academia on cyber defense topics," the company said in a statement.

Rode Amtrak from D.C.

Police said it appears that Wheeler took an Amtrak train from Washington to Wilmington on Dec. 28. A day later, he was seen in a drugstore in New Castle, about a mile from his home, according to a pharmacist there.

The druggist, Murali Gouro, said in an interview that Wheeler, an occasional customer, walked into Happy Harry's Pharmacy about 6 p.m. Wednesday and asked Gouro to give him a ride to Wilmington. Gouro said that he declined and offered to call a cab for Wheeler but that Wheeler declined the offer and left.

Less than an hour later, Wheeler was in Wilmington, seeming lost at the HyPark garage.

This man was drugged and murdered by very powerful people who also control the media and what they present as "truth".  Gee, I wonder who they could be?

What is the Mitre Corp where John Wheeler was employed?  Well here is a very interesting technology they are exploring:

New technologies that MITRE is exploring include biotechnology (including biosecurity), nanotechnology, neurotechnology, computational imaging, and quantum computing.Biosecurity
With the increasing threat of bio-terrorism, biosecurity is becoming increasingly important to Department of Defense (DoD) missions and the health of our nation. For instance, if the health and safety of Americans are threatened by a harmful biological agent—either a naturally occurring illness, such as avian influenza, or a contaminant released by terrorists—the government will need to mobilize a response likely to be unprecedented in its scope and impact. Efforts to coordinate a biosecurity response plan across agencies (including the Department of Health and Human Services and its Centers for Disease Control division, the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the DoD, among others) are still evolving. MITRE is assembling a team of researchers and analysts to advise on and support implementation plans for securing the nation against harmful “bioevents” of all types. We hope to produce a practical model for the collection and analysis of critical biosecurity information. Timely and accurate identification and dissemination of data will enable faster deployment of an effective, targeted response. MITRE is also engaged in evolving the global intelligence plans to more quickly identify outbreaks of natural and man-made harmful biological agents in remote areas and in nations where the U.S. lacks direct diplomatic ties.

  6. A guy like Wheeler had to have been totally programmed - CFR/Mitre Corp - and recently involved with that kind of "We See Everything & Everyone" software for finding insurgents under every rock. Not a hero to me. BUT mentally he was West Point all the way, and had a new sideline - bringing back ROTC to university campuses. So what do you think the repeal of "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" would have done to his digestion? Retired military heavyweights have already started speaking up. Would Wheeler have been next? No, the 9-11 fraud wouldn't have turned him against the government. But doing this to soldiers would have blown his mind. He had to be eliminated. Period.

  7. There's no way to know if he's a hero or not since we don't know the real reason he's been murdered. You're right, of course he was programmed. He did seem to really care about the welfare of the troops. I'm only an admirer of military men who are anti war because they've experienced the horrors of it and don't get off on killing and those who are whistle blowers. Too bad those that speak out are so few and far between.

Would be really interesting to know what he did at Mitre corp wouldn't it? Seems he really pissed someone off to wind up on a garbage truck.

  8. John WheelerIII's Bio:

And here is what his good friend James Fallows at "the Atlantic had to say regarding his passing..
"He was a complicated man of very intense (and sometimes changeable) friendships, passions, and causes. His most recent crusade was to bring ROTC back to elite campuses, as noted here. That is what I was corresponding with him about in recent months. To be within email range of Jack was to look forward to frequent, lengthy, often urgent-sounding and often overwrought dispatches on the state of the struggle. Late at night on Christmas Day, I was surprised to see this simple note from him:"

    >>Jim, Merry Christmas, Old Friend. Onward and upward.

    Jack<<

"I replied -- thank goodness!, I now think -- and assumed I would hear more from him soon on the ROTC struggle."

"I have no idea what kind of trouble he may have encountered. As a lawyer quoted in the Delaware Online story said, "This is just not the kind of guy that gets murdered." I feel terrible for his family and hope they will eventually find comfort in knowing how many important things he achieved."

I asked more questions than I got and by the end of the call had the caller promising me they'd look-up chemtrails.

Still though, this area is relatively free of chemtrails, they only seem to be around when there's an outdoor event like a festival.

Had the occasion to go to the Bayou Bar & Grill for New Years, a band I know invited me along for their gig, and I had a chance to talk to some of the local Cajun people. The only thing they seemed upset about is the fraud that was taking place among other inhabitants that were bilking the system. They said an estimated 70-odd % were getting more money than they ever made in a year. They also said that they haven't seen much oil as of late. I didn't ask about health issues as I should have.

As to Wheeler, he obviously pissed someone big off, otherwise he wouldn't have been treated to the dumpster. A message was being sent.
