Yes... “language” An interesting and double edged proposition to put our minds to in this instance.
While a portion of this assertion from the Minority, has some sensible weight, there is the issue of what a “person” is. And this brings us to the controversial prospect of the “Fictitious Entity” being afforded the same rights as human individuals. And this is doubly concerning when one considers the political power of money, and the huge fortunes involved in this case.
But another consideration is that, neither side of this argument grasped the depths of what they were dealing with, at least not in their expressed arguments. Both sides were working under the false Left/Right paradigm. “Communism” is just a brand, “Socialism” is a brand, “Fascism” is a brand...
All brand names for the process of the Total State. At historical the moment of this investigation by the Reece Committee, both 'sides' were under the influence of the manipulation of the Money-Changers, and had been for close to a century, if not longer.
Now the question is not, whether the majority was right or the minority, because history has gone beyond the false questions and argumentation of both sides, and revealed the true nature of the enemy of Liberty and Justice. It is those named in the interlocking directorates – but they were not “communists”, they have a much more vile agenda than that, Corporate Neo-Feudalism, the whole world enslaved under one brutal inhuman system.
One of the bottom line issues that neither side approached was that the tax, that these corporations were declared exempt from are unconstitutional, ie; all should be exempt, not simply the corporations.
This issue, linked with the issue of law based on fiction, which is what the 'fictitious entity' concept spawns; gives us a window on what the big picture is now revealing circa 21st century.

We've known for a long time that global elites are moving to set up a "world
government" (with them in control at the top) and reduce the world's population to within what's comfortable for them - having created the problem, they now plan to solve it by sacrificing the unwitting people they used to build it up in the first place! I didn't know how to prevent collapse by default (of course by changing lifestyles, but how to get people to do that?) but this is monstrous and I can't see any way out of it short of MASSIVE disobedience by ordinary citizens, which is not likely in Japan... So what to do? I'd like to join the conversation, but I think there is not much time to go now - I feel that Abe must have his war by the end of his term, so we go from 11/3/11 to approximately Dec 2016 as the five years or more in which the global elite completely alter society as we know it now. I'll be interested to know what others think.

A "hoaxed alien invasion"...very interesting indeed. It was Tony Boys who sent this to me. (http://www9.ocn.ne.jp/~aslan/ and scroll down for his work on the coming food and energy crisis) I don't know what he thinks about alien invasions, but it limits the number of people I can share his link with. He is absolutely correct about the push within the next five years for a global tyranny and depopulation. That is clearly underway now.

Yes, I largely agree with the above - so it seems that the "plan" is to manufacture an alien invasion scare, then use that to convince the world's population that world government and space-based weapons are crucial to repelling that invasion, and then hold the population in thrall with the space-based weapons, drones, biometrics, militarized police forces and all the other recent security technology - and then the mass culling through war? Or maybe the war isn't necessary, but in Japan people are assuming that it's coming while Abe is PM - so before Dec. 2016 (this would usher in a kind of geopolitical restructuring in favour of Russia and China, with the US pulling back from Asia, but it's not at all sure how this 'fits' with alien invasions). Also there is mention somewhere above (in one of the videos?) that the "alien invasion" is to happen in 2015, so we all have approx. two years of "normal" living to go before the world and each of the national societies is restructured, the population re-managed, humanity then being dragged into what I assume TPTB have in mind for the 21st century. I have a bit more to say about this, but any comments???
