"Ray" of Sunshine Warms Zuccotti Park Protesters

Retired Philadelphia Police captain Ray Lewis has joined Occupy Wall Street, calling the New York Police Department’s conduct “disgusting” and “totally uncalled for”...

It is worth getting past the bumbling interviewer's slow start, to listen to Captain Lewis' thoughts on the chain-of-command and police procedure. Kudos for his courage and moral character. This man has "crossed the line" from Corporate "Tool" to "Protector of the People". A far better personal move than "crossing the line with thuggery" as a storm trooper mercenary assaulting the people you took an oath to protect...for a paycheck (sic).

  2. "Clinton signing agreement that gives immunity to US troops who commit crimes in Philippines."

What an incredible concept aye? Immunity for crime. Who the fuck in their right mind can understand such madness?

"Here we are, and we can do whatever the fuck we want to you...and it's official - so don't even try to give us any shit."~US Imperial Decree

So isn't it obvious the same deal has been made for the Imperial Storm Troopers domestically as well? It should be obvious after seeing how the peaceful protesters have been attacked by these goons who are covered by the very same impunity clauses.

It is obvious there is only one law left in Amerika - the Law of the Jungle. Amerikans had better wake up and use that law themselves before they are chopped meat.

"We the People" need to restore Law and Order, and it is obvious it will have to be done by force. Self defense is the "God given" right of every human being on this planet.

Well damn Boom...here ya gots me preaching again...

  3. In a 1958 lecture, Judge Learned Hand, a towering presence on the federal appeals court in New York, recalled saying goodbye to Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. as the justice left for the Supreme Court. "I wanted to provoke a response," Judge Hand said, so as he walked off, I said to him: "Well, sir, goodbye. Do justice!" Justice Holmes gave a sharp retort: “That is not my job. My job is to play the game according to the rules."

  4. "The framers of the Constitution wanted to insure that the government created by it could never become strong enough to become tyrannical. They sought to put checks and balances on the branches of government; however, they neglected to place a check on the Court and the Court's justices quickly used that failure to become an absolute oligarchy whose opinions could not be overturned. They became James II puppets. The only way to correct this problem is to place a check on the Court's power, not overturn a decision here or there. The Court's power needs to be limited. I can think of at least a half dozen ways of doing that, but I suspect that the most effective would be by giving the American people the power to reject Court decisions by means of referenda. Such a practice would put the power right in the hands of the people; thus, not only limiting the Court's power but enriching American democracy at the same time. Marbury v Madison would be undone.
What this piece presents is not especially new. Thoughtful people have known it since Marbury v. Madison was promulgated. Thomas Jefferson knew it immediately, and said so. Was he the only true patriot America ever had? It's certainly possible."~John Kozy

“The framers of the Constitution wanted to insure that the government created by it could never become strong enough to become tyrannical.”

I am convinced this is not the case after long years of study – the Federalists who attended the convention in Philadelphia were the elite who wanted protection from “too much democracy” that was challenging their own privilege.
This is why the Constitution is so seemingly easy to disparage – it has one function, to protect the power elite. “Interpretation” is the bane of the language, and Jay, Hamilton, and Madison all knew this and took advantage of the concept.

  5. Preach it Brother!

Today, so many people are marching and occupying in different locales, etc., that it is "overwhelming" the police presence. By 1pm, local "radio" snews parrots said 52 Patriots had been arrested in NY. Big whoop!

Do you know how many uncooperative bodies can march into the machinery's maw, and choke it? More than the "immoral authorities" can handle by a factor of ridiculousness.

Here's the ironic part...the grotesque Machine has been conditioning and psyop-ing with "FEAR!" for so long that the Peoples have reached the point of "So What, M@!*$$$ F*+$$!!'s!" The Fear card is not playing so well as it used to on the table. Its obviously a "Joker" dressed in a Queen's clothing. And it's Sheer, baby! Everybody can see right through the fabric, and MAN -- That Witch is Hideous to behold!

So, the psychos thought their plan would hum along till they sucked up the world's assets without too much guff, and most importantly, from their distant impregnable castles. HaHaHa! That's funny ignorant stuff, as Johnny Carson might have rim-shotted.

It is difficult to comprehend the amount of gun sales over the last 10 years in the US. Is NOW a good time to kowtow to the obviously completely corrupt "immoral authorities" and surrender your "Equalizer"?

    HaHaHa!!!

    DumbFucks!

They can't do the math. When FEAR is tossed into the ditch by desperate people, they've got nothing to lose to challenge the Authority in all its guises.

There's 2 sides -- the Right and the Wrong. O.K., maybe 3 -- The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly.

    Pick one people and prosper.

When they realize they've reached the shores of a sick amusement park, the land of those with the golden ticket, they will not return from whence they came. Nooo, they will change the boarded up, pig-sty, polluted park into a place worthy of the word "Free". The idea is old, but it never dies...

  10. Here's the Risk: "Occupy" ends up doing the bidding of the global elite

    by Patrick Henningsen

History shows us it is easy for 'grassroots' campaigns to become co-opted by the very interests they are fighting against

A 21st-century grassroots movement faces many pitfalls. This was as true back in 1968 as it is today. It could be infiltrated by law enforcement and intelligence agencies, or co-opted by a major party. As the state continues to creep further into our lives, activists can expect that it will use all its resources – not just the violent reaction seen in New York overnight, but also its agents, informants and surveillance packages – in its effort to monitor both sides of any serious social debate. Even bleaker, however, is the possibility that the movement was actually planned and launched by the very establishment activists thought they were waging a battle against in the first place. The larger the movement, the more interested a major party becomes in absorbing it into either the left or the right side of the current two-party paradigm.

"BCM Has Ceased Operations (Part 1)
Posted by Ann Barnhardt - November 17, AD 2011 10:27 AM MST
Dear Clients, Industry Colleagues and Friends of Barnhardt Capital Management,

It is with regret and unflinching moral certainty that I announce that Barnhardt Capital Management has ceased operations. After six years of operating as an independent introducing brokerage, and eight years of employment as a broker before that, I found myself, this morning, for the first time since I was 20 years old, watching the futures and options markets open not as a participant, but as a mere spectator.

The reason for my decision to pull the plug was excruciatingly simple: I could no longer tell my clients that their monies and positions were safe in the futures and options markets – because they are not. And this goes not just for my clients, but for every futures and options account in the United States. The entire system has been utterly destroyed by the MF Global collapse. Given this sad reality, I could not in good conscience take one more step as a commodity broker, soliciting trades that I knew were unsafe or holding funds that I knew to be in jeopardy.

The futures markets are very highly-leveraged and thus require an exceptionally firm base upon which to function. That base was the sacrosanct segregation of customer funds from clearing firm capital, with additional emergency financial backing provided by the exchanges themselves. Up until a few weeks ago, that base existed, and had worked flawlessly. Firms came and went, with some imploding in spectacular fashion. Whenever a firm failure happened, the customer funds were intact and the exchanges would step in to backstop everything and keep customers 100% liquid – even as their clearing firm collapsed and was quickly replaced by another firm within the system.

Everything changed just a few short weeks ago. A firm, led by a crony of the Obama regime, stole all of the non-margined cash held by customers of his firm. Let’s not sugar-coat this or make this crime seem “complex” and “abstract” by drowning ourselves in six-dollar words and uber-technical jargon. Jon Corzine STOLE the customer cash at MF Global. Knowing Jon Corzine, and knowing the abject lawlessness and contempt for humanity of the Marxist Obama regime and its cronies, this is not really a surprise. What was a surprise was the reaction of the exchanges and regulators. Their reaction has been to take a bad situation and make it orders of magnitude worse. Specifically, they froze customers out of their accounts WHILE THE MARKETS CONTINUED TO TRADE, refusing to even allow them to liquidate. This is unfathomable. The risk exposure precedent that has been set is completely intolerable and has destroyed the entire industry paradigm. No informed person can continue to engage these markets, and no moral person can continue to broker or facilitate customer engagement in what is now a massive game of Russian Roulette.

I have learned over the last week that MF Global is almost certainly the mere tip of the iceberg. There is massive industry-wide exposure to European sovereign junk debt. While other firms may not be as heavily leveraged as Corzine had MFG leveraged, and it is now thought that MFG’s leverage may have been in excess of 100:1, they are still suicidally leveraged and will likely stand massive, unmeetable collateral calls in the coming days and weeks as Europe inevitably collapses. I now suspect that the reason the Chicago Mercantile Exchange did not immediately step in to backstop the MFG implosion was because they knew and know that if they backstopped MFG, they would then be expected to backstop all of the other firms in the system when the failures began to cascade – and there simply isn’t that much money in the entire system. In short, the problem is a SYSTEMIC problem, not merely isolated to one firm.

I wish I knew what he was saying about the oath keepers...something about disagreeing with them or something. Where ARE the oath keepers? Too right wing for OWS? Too many hippies for them to associate with? I don't know, I haven't seen them there but I could be wrong.

Luke Rudowski(sp) was there last night in NYC. . Gotta love that guy. He's a real freedom fighter. Props out to Gerald Celente and Wayne Madsen too for supporting the working class and the movement. Last night was thrilling. Dumbass Bloomberg reignited the movement instead of squashing it as he planned to do. It was starting to get stale with lots of infighting as usually happens after months of hanging with the same people...lol.

Love that Madsen post too Boom. Bloomberg is one hated sob right now amongst many new yorkers. He IS a Nazi pig that should go back to Israel and take his slimey Israeli compadre Rahm Emanuel with him!

Did you know the live feeds all went down after the protesters made it to the B bridge and were marching across? ALL of the NYC feeds went down. It wasn't because there were tens of thousands watching.. the cell phones went down too. My guess... DHS was ordered by Obama thru Bloomberg to shut them down just as Madsen states. Not a doubt in my mind. The entire purging of the occupy parks was a concentrated federal effort.

It's nice to see Bloomberg get everyone riled up. It's what they needed to carry them into the long cold winter in NYC. They truly are peaceful protesters.

Check this out.. they even helped a vile right wing blogger when the police knocked her down and sent her home crying like a baby. She had to admit she was helped by the disgusting dirty people of OWS. You can go to the Daily Caller website (if u can stomach it) and check out the nasty comments after the article.

***Note the "simultaneous" police actions across the country clearing out protester encampments. This is very important, to realize the Invisible Hand has ordered coordinated actions across the board/nation. Also, ALL AMERICANS are now beginning to see and smell the Bull Shit and Obvious Lies in the rhetoric of Government propaganda with their faux "concern" for The People at complete odds with their brutal military-like Actions.

As this becomes even more clear and Obvious, The People will put 2 & 2 together to come to the conclusion that has evaded their sleep sheep-like minds ----> Government + Big Corporations + Big Banking/Finance are behind Wars upon The People in America as well as abroad. Their Motives have Always been about Power, Money, Control. This is where The People start the body count of the oppressed, and see that the Big Bad Boys are fat, superrich, and escape justice and accountability, whilst The People are exploited and sacrificed in the 10's of millions. The Face of the Evil is beginning to show. As it bares its fangs, snarls, and brutalizes The Very People it says it protects, whose blood it drinks to grow stronger and more corrupt -- ALL can see they have been duped. This is why these non-violent protests are so useful. They provide VISION & UNDERSTANDING to the masses and a new paradigm of the sick reality they misunderstood.
