HAARP HEAT WAVES ~ Its snowing and raining money in DC

Across the entire Atlantic Basin for the six-month season, which begins June 1, NOAA is predicting the following ranges this year:

  • 12 to 18 named storms (winds of 39 mph or higher), of which:

  • 6 to 10 could become hurricanes (winds of 74 mph or higher), including:

  • 3 to 6 major hurricanes (Category 3, 4 or 5; winds of 111 mph or higher)

Each of these ranges has a 70 percent likelihood, and indicate that activity will exceed the seasonal average of 11 named storms, six hurricanes and two major hurricanes.

“The United States was fortunate last year. Winds steered most of the season’s tropical storms and all hurricanes away from our coastlines,” said Jane Lubchenco, Ph.D., under secretary of commerce for oceans and atmosphere and NOAA administrator. “However we can’t count on luck to get us through this season. We need to be prepared, especially with this above-normal outlook.”

Climate factors considered for this outlook are:

  • The continuing high activity era. Since 1995, the tropical multi-decadal signal has brought ocean and atmospheric conditions conducive for development in sync, leading to more active Atlantic hurricane seasons.

  • Warm Atlantic Ocean water. Sea surface temperatures where storms often develop and move across the Atlantic are up to two degrees Fahrenheit warmer-than-average.

  • La NiƱa, which continues to weaken in the equatorial Pacific Ocean, is expected to dissipate later this month or in June, but its impacts such as reduced wind shear are expected to continue into the hurricane season.

“The tornadoes that devastated the South and the large amount of flooding we’ve seen this spring should serve as a reminder that disasters can happen anytime and anywhere. As we move into this hurricane season it’s important to remember that FEMA is just part of an emergency management team that includes the entire federal family, state, local and tribal governments, the private sector and most importantly the public,” said FEMA Administrator Craig Fugate.

15-17 tropical Atlantic Storms point of origin Africa ala SIHF. With the record breaking La Nina Haarpo, adding the Fukushima kicker for Pacific SOI and the Australian model for 2011 we can expect a very neutral El Nino and this will give us the year we had in 2008 (16 named storms, 9 hurricanes, and 5 intense hurricanes.)

Predict 17-5-3

The winds of 2011 included in the forecast have subsided in Tornado season after another record breaker but will pick up with tropical activity and wet weather for my predicted spots. Pointing to the current droughts, lunar eclipse solar activity remains secondary to the EMP, ENMOD CHEMTRAILING and FUKUSHIMA EVENT, which is the reason for all that happens in extreme.

My 2008 and 2010 predictions were quite accurate. This years seem easier than 2009 and it follows the  patterns set out by the committee's obvious movements.  Weather is not predictable but war is and that's what it is all about now. Targets for drought and floods are inescapably obvious.

In the real world GIZA represents the old. In the true world it's as new as your suburban. Fukushima and Giza are no different.

So now you may pick the next sarcophagus and tower will emerge for America. But like Egypt it will represent the events of Memphis or Mississippi. Find the coordinates, of  Monks Mound, Ocmulgee, Etowah Mound, Miamisburg Mound and see hundreds of newly discovered pyramids that bury the secrets and horrors of the new world.

Like guided missiles ENMOD and the psychotronic WMD are moving to space permanently and eventually all the WAR SITES and WMD will be buried again under ancient new world tombs.  Mayan 2012 enthusiasists can relax with a mere transformation and not the end of the world.  Just another decimation of civilization and emerging transformation to new sub-species of the committee's choosing. For this cycle the weather will continue to be the driving force along with their financial and kinetic world wide conflict pogroms.

This also includes the emergence of the mind wars as the awakening can present many problems for the alchemists who operate behind the curtains. I have not been able to get the sense of this yet but hope to have something soon before we succumb to some form of reverse arresting development disorder.

Thank you for the heads up, and for your diligence, research, and predictions. Gee, weren't there any Happy Endings on the radar?

  2. I think you get nailed this year Boom. Meeting supercells over the north midwest. Flooding. Mexico nailed as well. Texas dries up and blows away after the Alamo falls.

Your PM's are climbing. That your bright spot.

The Dow suffered its worst day since December 2008, when the US was sliding into recession. The flight to bonds was so extreme that stock market investors were paying the US to hold their money.

    Follow the dates, bada bing.

You can't find it on MSM Propaganda portals - Blackout

East Africa is facing it's worst drought for 60 years.
Somalia famine - Satan's Haarp reaps 30,000 children. Kenya, Ethiopia and Djibouti numbers to come. 2 million children at risk.

But hey WTF were giving the poor free cell phones, birth control and vaccines.

Where A-hole Barry Soetoro on this? Hey Barry how about sending some Prawns and Grenache to your homeland. Why not dump the payoffs to Israel and Pakistan this year?

  3. Patrick,
I wish that I were as intelligent as you. I have to read your articles two or three times just to get the gist,, then, as I begin to comprehend, you scare the shit out of me,,,more than I scare myself.
I haven't had time to check your references but I'm sure I'll find them equally informative and just plain f****n chilling.
I was kinda lookin for some good old fashioned hand to hand gunfight like when the aliens attack in the movies. Man, You just popped my bubble. What am I gonna do with all of these weapons?
    Great job,puddy!

  4. I'm not a good writer Peter. This info is just just about the weather plans for the environmental warlocks in the Pentagon and NASA.

They can steer the jet stream, squalls and thermal masses and with SCALAR INTERFEROMETER. Exotheric explosion or Endothermic implosion

"In the endothermic mode, the bias on the transmitters is such that energy is extracted from the distant intersection zone, to re-emerge from the transmitters. There the energy must be caught and disposed of if it is not to burn out the transmitters. When very large amounts of energy are extracted from distant points, the Soviets often use a "dump" method of temporarily capturing, and storing in an accumulator, the heat energy emerging at the transmitters. A second howitzer in the exothermic mode is then fed by a "scalar energy tap" established into the accumulator. This howitzer is focused on the distant dump site -- often Bennett Island, where exhausts are continually observed by U.S. weather satellites.

In the impulsive endothermic mode, energy is impulsively extracted from the distant intersection zone. In the atmosphere this results in a very sharp cooling or "cold explosion". It also results in the type of boom and rumble often associated with thunder after a lightning bolt.

On April 9, 1984 the Soviet Union tested such a "cold explosion" off the coast of Japan, near the Kuril Islands. In the suddenly induced low pressure "cold zone" above the ocean, ocean water was sharply sucked up from the ocean, forming a dense cloud. Then air rushing into the low pressure zone forced the cloud upward, forming a mushroom much like that of an atomic explosion except for the absence of a flash and the absence of a shockwave moving out and away from the center of the explosion. "

    SIMPLE EXAMPLE:

SO this basically sucks the energy out of the target. The vaccum is created and then the energy needs to discharge elsewhere. Then consider how weather is created when warm low air masses meet cooler higher air masses. Now imagine that you focus this cold implosion at the middle of a super cell or squall. What you have done is exponetially jack up the natural energy of the large mass and created a void where it all comes rushing in.

Shake your coke can and open it. A cold coke on a hot day explodes, but after a good shaking, when you pull the tab, it flies out directed where ever you aim it.

It's all about exciting the energy. It's similar to the Libya conflict where you take the hot rebels and the cold government and excite it with CIA backed Gladio al-qaeda energy. You get the drift.

  5. BTW I am not intelligent. I have to read everything I research a few times too. Tomorrow I am going to read your latest post over my coffee. That's my time for enjoyable reading. :)

  6. Thank's P.
You actually taught me quite a bit there. Kind of you to take the time.
I'm looking forward to your observations. You seem to be able to look into absolute which comes from confusion and frustration and balance it out.
I mean like you make me equally frustrated and confused.
    (just kiddin)
    I'm really neither.

  7. I wish this stuff was on TV, with Puddy doing the charts and stuff like the weatherman on all the shows.

Now THAT is what all this high tech media is for, if it were aimed at real education.

When do we get COTO TV?

Love it Puddy, you do great work. It is appreciated.

  8. I'm with you Will. PD's reports are the only "accuweather" report I need to see. Odd how the hurricane that was headed straight for Texas just dissipated. (not really) They sure could have used the moisture it would bring, eh? Yet states already drowning get more than their share of raindrops.

PD who are the miami surfer boys you always refer to? Btw, you are much too modest, fearless leader ;)

(wow I think wordpress is gonna let me post another comment!)

  9. CONfusion is their game Pete. I am swimming in it daily and I am OCD. That's hell brother. That's where I am.

But like you and it's so important. No Hope, No Worry, No Fear...No Mas.

Today I have a friend going to court over a marijuana charge. A father of youngsters, toddlers and infants who lost his job due to arrest. Now he faces time by jackboots who illegally stopped, searched, took blood, beat up and deprived of Miranda and due process.

It's the same all over the country and theres a blackout on it. Millions experience it. We never quantify it. That's how they win.

  10. You have been way too quiet JG. I didn't realize you were getting hacked jacked and smacked by the internet Gestapo.

There's rarely a day I don't get IP flooded, bounced out or logged out. There's a reason for the new WP format. And it has nothing to do with user convenience. Just textual algorithm programs looking for keyword-phrases.

Yea the new format isn't fooling anyone here. Funny how now they want you to broadcast your comments on every social networking site isn't it? Do I want to share this comment on facebook and twitter.. NO THANK YOU

  12. That's the ticket Deb. Just a little exoplosion at point A before raining/flooding in Haiti and then steer it out to sea like the gray paths indicate.

If they decide to endoplode it at point B (straits) then we can expect a trajectory for the bluebeam tracks.

I expect the fizzle on this one (emily has history)

"Franklin" is coming and I expect it to be one of the blueomni storms this year. Followed by "Katia", "Nate" and "Rina"

Meanwhile the committee is still on the soft kill record for 2011. Famine for Africa will kill hundreds of thousands and the Haitian agenda has never ceased since the SIHF shallow quake. Vaccines sure to help here as well since hundreds of thousands still live in outdoors and makeshift tents.

Cuba is never spared as well but they are wise to the committee. The red fox knows.

The MSB's are a group of geniuses who give me a chance to be smarter than the average bear. They answer my technical questions and I give them the kinks to conspiracy. It' s a symbiosis that works. They know weather, physics and surfing. They can predict surf anywhere in the world and many times travel take advantage of their skills.

I used to play with them when I was moondoggy.

  13. NOW, you just pissed me off. We still have marijuana laws? I wasn't aware. I've never kept it a secret, always smoked when and wher I like (aside from people's homes , of course. I've had cop 'friends *oxymoron) who have shared a joint or bowl of hash. I generally smoke as I walk my pups around the neighborhood lakes but I've never been busted,, even when I dealt out in the open.
Secret is non-challance, act naturally, calm down and don't flip a pig the finger. If we all took our smoke into the open they couldn't touch us. Fuck the pricks!

Yup, that's how I had it figured as well...that is why I stick to my old Explorer web browser - because I don't want any of the new "Intel Toys Iside".

But Internet smackdown time is coming soon one way t'other...and that will be the sign to scat yer doodle.
