American Cowards

COTO Readers -- I am posting this piece for the purpose of getting people Thinking about the abridgment of Freedoms here in the "Land of the Free". Wow! I just typed that, and it strikes me how far the US of A has strayed from it's core principles and Constitution. Amazing times we live in.

Back to point > this is an email I received from noted Silver guru Jason Hommel. There are items in here that are controversial, and he uses Biblical Scripture trying to make a point. Simply read it for content and consideration, and read it according to your own understanding of Life Here on Earth, and in America in particular. I am not going to edit it, because I don't have the time at 11:15pm tonight. BUT -- there are some very Strong points he makes, and "Laws on the Books" that are useful to us all. He's also promoting his silver business. Don't be offended. Buy some silver, somewhere, and you will have made a smart move.

Anyways, I am hoping the COTO readers will particularly reflect on the "points of law" and citizenship, and Rights which we here in America possess yet seldom use {as in pushing the envelope}. Let her fly with your responses! We can surely see that old American homilies like "Home of the Brave", or "Land of the Free" are fast becoming impotent old relics of a past age. Only by considering what our Rights truly are, and embracing them (i.e. using them) will we retain them in the face of fascism.

Silver Stock Report

If Americans are going to exercise their right to own real personal wealth like silver and gold, they also need to take personal responsibility to protect it. One way is with a vault, bolted down.

But in America, things are bad now. Police confiscate cash on sight, charging the cash itself with the crime of being "drug money", and the cash can't fight back. If they can do that with cash now, they can take your silver, unless we let them know we won't tolerate such unlawful behavior from our public servants.

The ultimate way to protect your wealth, is with a gun. But gun rights are under constant attack, and I'm shocked to see how far they have destroyed our gun rights in this country. How can there be over 25,000 different kinds of "gun laws" across the land when the second Amendment contains the clear words, "shall not be infringed"?

There are T-Shirts and Bumper stickers that say "What part of "Shall not be infringed" do you not understand? Maybe the campaign is working, as political candidates who campaign against guns tend to lose these days. But anti-gun biased judges still get into and corrupt our nation's court system. Did you know that 90% of judges in America are former prosecuting District Attorneys, whose goals seem to be not just justice, but simply "more prosecutions"?

But let me address just one kind of gun law in today's article, the right to carry a gun into court. I'm only age 40, but I've seen old movies that show the people carrying rifles into court. What a way to keep judges honest! But not anymore! Why is this? How did this happen? And how can we get our rights back?

Maybe it's because the judges are former DA's, and they fear reprisals from the many people they railroaded into jail over the years, but maybe that's just me growing cynical.

Americans today are ignorant cowards. I know, because I am. And many tell me I'm the bravest guy they have ever read. If so, then this nation has a long way to go to climb out of the morass we are in.

We all have a God-given right and duty to preserve our lives, including self defense, with swords, or guns, if necessary.

Jesus said so, several ways.

Luke 22:36 He said to them, "But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don't have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.

Matthew 10:34 “Do not suppose that I have come to bring peace to the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword.

Today in America, everyone willingly, ignorantly, and cowardly gives up their God-given duty, and Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms at nearly every courthouse entrance.

How has this happened? We have compromised with evil.

What separates the righteous man from others? We trust in Jesus, and the power of the resurrection!

Righteous people trust that Jesus died for our sins so that we don't have to suffer the death penalty that we all deserve, and so, we must have faith that Jesus will raise us up from the dead. Christians cannot fear death. If we do, it's literally a denial of our faith.

1 Thessalonians 4:
13 Brothers and sisters, we do not want you to be uninformed about those who sleep in death, so that you do not grieve like the rest of mankind, who have no hope. 14 For we believe that Jesus died and rose again, and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.

Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Evil people, in contrast, have an irrational and deathly fear of death.

Hebrews 10:26-27 If we deliberately keep on sinning after we have received the knowledge of the truth, no sacrifice for sins is left, but only a fearful expectation of judgment and of raging fire that will consume the enemies of God.

Isaiah 48:22 "There is no peace," says the LORD, "for the wicked."

Since evil people are in a constant paranoid fear of judgment and their own death, then they are literally hell bent on trying to prevent their own death, at all costs, including trampling other's rights to carry a gun for protection. That's what the anti-gun movement is all about.

World Net Daily recently featured an article showcasing an author, Michael Savage, who says that liberalism is a mental disorder.

Yes, but it's worse than that. Those who fight against our rights to own guns are outside of the will of God. They are crazy, as they make themselves less safe, and make everyone less safe.

And these are the judges sitting in our courts! No wonder things are bad!

The law itself has actually provided our remedy, literally a recipe for peaceful and lawful revolution.

The US Supreme Court has ruled: No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.

In California, there is an unconstitutional law cited at courthouse entrances, saying why it's illegal to carry a weapon into the courthouse. They cite California Penal Code Section 171B, which says:

public pursuant to Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 54950) of Part
1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of, or Article 9 (commencing with Section

Government Code, any of the following is guilty of a public offense
punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one
year, or in the state prison:

That law is thus not a law, as it clearly violates the Second Amendment, which states, so much more clearly:

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.

SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED!

See that? The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be violated, invalidated, or defeated! YET, IT IS!? Looks like they are infringing!

The 2nd Amendment is applicable to the States via the 14th Amendment.

Most Americans in most States in the USA also have the right to engage in a citizen's arrest, including arresting even police officers or Sheriffs if necessary.

The law in California says that a person can make an arrest if they witness a felony taking place, or simply has "reasonable cause for believing the person arrested to have committed it."

California Penal Code Section 837

"A private person may arrest another:
1. For a public offense committed or attempted in his presence.
2. When the person arrested has committed a felony, although not in his presence.
3. When a felony has been in fact committed, and he has reasonable cause for believing the person arrested to have committed it."

California Penal Code Section 839

"Any person making an arrest may orally summon as many persons as he deems necessary to aid him therein."

This means that anyone in California can give this presentation in Church, and orally summon the entire congregation to help arrest those people who daily commit these felony violations by stripping Americans of their gun rights at courthouse entrances.

It's a Federal felony to deprive you of your Constitutional rights, even if they say "it's the law" while doing it. The term "Color of law" refers to non law, or unconstitutional law, appearing to be law.

Title 18, U.S.C., Section 241 -242 Conspiracy Against Rights & Under Color of Law

Title 18 of Federal law makes it a crime punishable up to ten years in jail for "using the law" as a bad excuse for violating people's Constitutional rights.

Such felony violations of the Constitution take place every minute of every day as unlawful authorities search and disarm everyone who enters a courthouse.

If Americans were not ignorant cowards, then most Americans would have said, long ago, at the courthouse entrance where they have the metal detectors:

"You are violating my God-given, Second Amendment rights."
"You are an enemy of the Constitution."
"You are acting under the color of law to deprive me of my rights, in violation of Federal Title 18 and 42."
"You are guilty of a felony violation, which carries with it a 5-10 year prison term."
"You are hereby under arrest."
"I'm making a citizen's arrest."

"You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. You have the right to speak to an attorney. If you cannot afford an attorney, one will be appointed for you. Do you understand these rights as they have been read to you?"

"If there are two or more of you acting to deprive people of their rights, then conspiracy will be added to the charges that I'm charging you with."

"Now that I've arrested you and that you are in my custody, I will now turn you over to the nearest magistrate, and present a written indictment or accusation detailing your crimes."

"Are you going to come willingly, or are you going to resist this lawful arrest?"

Why don't we do this? Because for the most part, we lack conviction, and are cowardly and afraid of death. We are afraid of confronting bad actions of bad people who act as if they have lawful authority that they do not have.

Are we afraid that the system will not rule in our favor? What if they dismiss our lawful citizen's arrests? What remedy then? Isn't that exactly why we have gun rights, as a last resort to protect all others?

Are we afraid of the Sheriffs, that they will fight back, and arrest us, or kill us, instead!

We moan, "What can we do?" while ignoring the laws that tell us what we can do. That's American Cowardice & Ignorance.

Again, the Supreme Court has said we have the right to resist unlawful arrests, using guns, if necessary!

“Citizens may resist unlawful arrest to the point of taking an arresting officer's life if necessary.” Plummer v. State, 136 Ind. 306. This premise was upheld by the Supreme Court of the United States in the case: John Bad Elk v. U.S., 177 U.S. 529. The Court stated: “Where the officer is killed in the course of the disorder which naturally accompanies an attempted arrest that is resisted, the law looks with very different eyes upon the transaction, when the officer had the right to make the arrest, from what it does if the officer had no right. What may be murder in the first case might be nothing more than manslaughter in the other, or the facts might show that no offense had been committed.”

Did you get that? We have the right to kill officers of the law, if they are acting outside of the law, such as when they violate the second amendment and unconstitutionally disarm people who enter courthouses! This is actually our lawful duty and remedy, our right, to enact a legal revolution towards freedom.

So, why haven't people in the land of the free and the home of the brave acted yet, to end this tyranny of disarming the people at the courthouses?

Because the people are not free, and not brave! But rather, we are a nation of ignorant cowards. (Fortunately, the internet is changing this, and the people are engaged in a new mental awakening, including myself.)

But let's note, the most important place of all to be able to carry a gun is into a courthouse!

Thomas Jefferson said, "No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms. The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government."

Is a courthouse not a place of government? Do they not rule to enforce their tyranny in court with nobody even being able to defend themselves and fight back?

We allow ourselves to be disarmed, also, why? Is it because we think if we were arrested, and got a case and went to court, we would be railroaded by a jury of people who are not our peers, and don't understand?!

If they even allowed us a jury trial! Some are held in contempt for years with no jury trial now in America. And we do nothing, because we can't even get into the courts to force our servants to behave themselves!

Do we allow it because we do not trust even surveys that show that 60% of the people are in favor of gun rights, when we really only need one person on a jury of twelve to agree with us?

Do we not act because we do not trust the action of "Jury Nullification", which means that the jury has the right to return a "not guilty" verdict even if a person is guilty of violating an illegal law, thereby nullifying unjust laws, and keeping the people free.

Are we cowards, because we see or hear of judges who refuse to allow juries to be informed about jury nullification?

Some will certainly say, "Who are you to make these kinds of judgments, are you a lawyer? Because you are not a judge!" No. But I do know this, we Christians are supposed to be kings and priests, and are commanded to judge:

Leviticus 19:35 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in meteyard, in weight, or in measure.

John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

1 Corinthians 6:3 Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?

Besides, we have an advocate in heaven. That means that Jesus is our lawyer.

Job 16:19 Even now my witness is in heaven; my advocate is on high.

Romans 8:33 Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies.

We should not compromise with evil, nor give evil it's way.

Proverbs 25:26 Like a muddied spring or a polluted well is a righteous man who gives way to the wicked.

We have all given way to the wicked in this country now.

So, will I try to physically arrest any officers who disarm people as they enter a courthouse?

Probably not. I'm a coward, with too much to lose. I have a new family with two new boys, one aged 2 and a half, and the other is 3 months, and business obligations. Does the general in war go in front of his troops? Not usually. But they help direct the battle, often from behind the front lines. The best fighters are often younger, aged 18 to mid twenties. They have more courage. At that age, I was a downhill ski racer, risking death, and for what? Recognition as a "fast dude?" Hardly makes sense to me now that I'm 40.

These days, I prefer to fight smarter. You may be able to "arrest" an officer without touching them. Merely get their names, getting an ID is not necessary; the courts know who they are. Have a complaint filled out in advance, with only the names of the officers needing to be filled in. Then hand them with court papers of your complaint after you file it with the court. Might work, or at least get things rolling. Then again, with court corruption, you could get hit with a frivolous lawsuit charge, or false arrest charge, or worse.

But there's one key point to remember. The real cowards are those who are disarming everyone else. They are so afraid, they can't stand to even be in the presence of a righteous man who is armed. And knowing yourself and knowing your enemy is how battles are won.

And this is just one of the many battles we must win, if we are ever to enjoy our right to lawfully own silver and gold.

There are many opportunities for Americans to stand up, and become heroes for a new generation that will begin to appreciate the freedoms won in the years ahead.

    i have copied all your references to constitution, law, citizens' arrests, and rights. i will email these to the ignorant half of my town council members to remind them that they must uphold the constitution in the matter of proven dangerous pulsed radiation devices being forced onto the homes of citizens against their wills by pg&e and the cpuc.

    the council voted 2-2 on an emergency moratorium against the installation of smart meters. third time this happened in my town, even though the board of supervisors and a neighboring town passed the ordinance. we have to take it up a notch with civil disobedience and i prefer not to be arrested because i have five pets to take care of.

    so thanks for the very handy facts.

  2. Well, there is certainly lawful truth here, and I have spoken to the color of law before.

    The rub it gets down to is practicality. Now doubt Amerika is in a fix--a real pickle now.

    It is psywar, and will erupt into real physical war at some point. But I don't see it as a practical strategy to go out choosing off authority in a lone brash manner--not now, when the boiling point is so close anyway--like Old Hickory said, "hold your fire 'till you see their faces well."

    I say hold your patience until the your moves are clearly self defense.
    Don't start anything, the battle will be brought to you. The point is to be prepared for it when it comes. And it does come. We all understand that now.

    It is said that the best defense is offense. That is pure Newspeak, like the best love is hate. Offense is offense. And if you understand martial arts you understand that defense is the most powerful position of the chi. You reach out and you are extended, off balance. Wait for the reaching out of the foe, and use his motion against him by deflection.

  4. I am so heartened to hear of the emergency moratorium against installation of so-called "smart meters." If these are ever forced on Japan's rural population, I will have to forego electrical service entirely. (Maybe I had better read through Japan's constitution and see if there is anything that might apply.) I'd love to see America's Christians get up en masse and arrest the sons-of-b*tches that are screwing the people.

    there are lots of counties and cities in the us and elsewhere banning and trying to ban the meters. the whole state of maryland has banned them. france is replacing wireless with wired in schools and city libraries. also - as you probably already know, there are wired versions available. customers are not being made aware of that.

    Wow, Jesus said that? I thought he DID come to bring peace and turn swords into plowshares.

    Though I agree with the writer's opinion that citizens have the right to bear arms and defend themselves against a tyrannical government, he still comes off like a right wing religious fanatic to me. Maybe it's just the way I feel about people that feel the need to quote the bible to suit their cause when I know the verses within it contradict themselves.

    Evil people?? Most people I know, including the awake and the aware don't want to die including my born again friends. It's an innate instinct to survive. I think God or the universe or whatever, instilled that in us. Besides, most of us do have someone or something to live for even if it's just our beloved pets. If it came to it, most of us would also die to protect them. There's nothing cowardly or "evil" in that.

    Btw, it doesn't bother me at all that the writer has political opinions and sells silver. A person has to make a living. I just find it ironic that he does so considering Jesus threw the money changers out of the temple and then he was sold for 30 pieces of it.

  7. THey want to do that here as well. They are offering those smart boxes by the utility companies for FREE as a way to save energy. Sneaky bastards aren't they? They will "cycle" your energy usage meaning you give up all control.

    If you decide you don't like the way they "cycle" your usage and want them to take the boxes out, you have to pay THEM the installation fee which was waived by them when you had them installed on your a/c unit and thermostat.

    I'm wondering how many "green conscious" sheeple signed up for this.......

  8. You are welcome Arcadia. I think citizens everywhere need to be appraised of Laws that were created to protect them and are on the books. I seems to me if a greater number of people would start trying to "use" them, the fascistic nature of governments would quickly become apparent. They would be forced into a corner to say they either are legitimate or have been cast aside by the PTB. In other words, the "illusion" of democracy would be seen for what it is, and fascist governments would be unmasked as totalitarian regimes. No more Frog Boiling.

    We might as well come to a clear understanding of the nature of these governments, and blow through the disinformation rhetoric.

  9. Rogue1, don't you think citizens should stand up for their rights? Waiting for Martial Law to be imposed seems like a bad plan. I am not endorsing violent resistance. I am advocating using the laws on the books as shields ready to be raised in defense when appropriate. Waiting until you're ensconced in jail or a Fema camp to assert your rights under the law puts an individual in a dire defensive position where you cannot effectively defend yourself.

  10. JG, Hommel likes to preach his version of his beliefs. He uses his forum to promote two things he believes in strongly -- christianity and the value of silver as a means of maintaining wealth. It is ironic that Jesus was sold for 30 pieces of silver. The value the Jews put on his life. Jesus and the Bible are against usury -- charging interest, and defrauding people. HE was offended by the crass monetizing of religion by moneychangers (bankers and profit motivated individuals). The Catholic church's use of purchasing your own forgiveness is/was an abomination. Jesus said Grace was freely obtainable, not a commodity to be "bought and sold".

    DoJ and FBI reports indicating that violent crime is down to its lowest level in 25 years and gun sales have hit a record high for the last three years is just a black swan.

    If theres anyone who thinks that this isn't priority one now, does not understand the committee triad. When things get too quiet on that particular front it is bubbling and brewing under the crust. No mention in the speech means we are calculating and crunching the data and digging a large grave somewhere.

    The perps will be the same as those involved with the likes of Biggy Smalls Wallace and they will take out a female personality. I expect one in the midwest too much larger. The magnitude of corrupt LA cops has bled across the US like a wildfire in major cities. Ruppert and others know.

    It appears to me it will follow the Black Panther - Birther - teaparty scenario. Follow the 2008 case for Malik Shabazz and J. Christian Adams and will outdo all previous stagings. This deal stinks so bad you can smell it in Haiti.

  12. The Catholic Church IS an abomination~! My comments on the author were a bit on the facetious side I admit. But, I do think someone who likes to quote bible verses so freely could find something more "Christ-like" to do for a living was the point I wanted to make.

    As for the gist of the article and your points. We do need to fight illegal laws, no doubt about it. It's just becoming harder and harder to do so when the laws that protect our civil liberties no longer exist or do not matter to the "authorities".

    Seems all that is left then is bloody revolution.

  13. No I'm not advocating waiting to assert those rights, I am merely advocating using your head and not confronting something that's just going to bite your head off.

    Ending up in one of the courts of the Crimson King is dangerous.
    And ending up in a FEMA camp is certainly a foolish route to take.
    Your defenses should have already been in full swing long before then.

    Everyone here knows the statutes are ultra vires. Everyone knows the Constitution has been deemed void by such statutes. If you want to martyr youself for a cause--that is one thing. I am not interested in that path.

  18. jg - i would be willing to bet that california has more 'green conscious' sheeple than any other state. : ( and, except for maryland, i believe that we are leading the nation in protests against the meters. if we can do it, nj can do it.

    the smart grid, smart homes, smart communities, smart cities - these are all part of agenda 21. it is for nothing more than total control and eugenics. that is why they are being pushed so hard without proper safety reports - which there can never be because they are not safe.

    once a whole community is smart metered the pulses of radiation are off the charts. people here are sick. they have to leave their homes. some camp out until they find some alternative. but if all cities have them there are no alternatives. we live in an electrosmog soup. the chemtrails are part of the mix. takes out the weakest, causes dysfunction, or sterilizes.

    this is why we have epidemics of cancer and diabetes. it is not because of diet as many would have you believe. the dirty electricity causes both, in addition to heart and respiratory problems, etc etc etc. emfs cause dna breaks. the WHO has stated that emfs are a 'probable carcinogen' indicated most strongly by childhood leukemia.

    once the cities are done, people will, if the plan succeeds, be forced to move out of suburban and rural areas and into the radiated cities with no access to the open spaces anymore. i have seen maps of the usa that show about 93% of the country as open space with the citizens who survive the spray and the emfs crowded into prison cities.

    now at&t is attempting to have all landline phones wired removed from the country and use just cell phones. i can send links for this - i have info on just about everything having to do with wireless - if anyone is interested.

    i cannot stress enough how dangerous the smart grid is. smart transportation also. if we go for that, and we are having meetings on this too, here, we will lose our personal cars. this is being done all over the planet.

    this is one thing that has to be stopped asap. this is the culler.

    local governments first - town councils and boards of supervisors. then on to removing people from puc. it's doable.

I do think the gmo food and the chemtrails have a lot to do with our being sick as well but let's face it, being constantly bombarded with microwaves is not only making us sick but making us mad.. By mad I mean angry, depressed AND insane. People actually hear voices in their head through electronic harassment.

    According to a report from The Arabist, "Egypt has shut off the internet."

    Multiple Internet Service Providers are affected according to the report, which states:

    I just received a call from a friend in Cairo (I won't say who it is now because he's a prominent activist) telling me neither his DSL nor his USB internet service is working. I've just checked with two other friends in different parts of Cairo and their internet is not working either.

  33. Smart grid!? Aghhh! Anything with the word "smart" in it these days--we need to revise the dictionaries. "Smart" has meant "pregnant," "intelligent" and in Japan "slim." None of these definitions fit. Perhaps "pernicious" or more precisely "emanating harmful rays that make sheeple think they are soooo smart when they are actually getting dumber."
    I've been casting about for a venue for an article I wrote last year for Rob&Co., but decided I didn't want to contribute anything further to them.

    Things are on a roll worldwide and I see lots of people looking in on COTO because you haven't been coopted. I ought to take a minute or however long it actually takes me and do whatever it was I needed to do to be a member here, then post my article for a good audience.
