On September 1, 1983 over the Sea of Japan, just west of Sakhalin island over prohibited Soviet airspace, the Russians unleashed their EM focused WMD on KAL flight 007.  All 269 passengers and crew aboard were killed, including Lawrence McDonald, a sitting member of the United States Congress who was a well known anti-soviet, John Birch society member and conservative democrat who was just off his recent discussion on the CFR and a conspiracy to create a One World Government and financial power.  Days before his death he appeared on CROSSFIRE.

On December 12, 1985 Arrow Airlines DC-8 jet aircraft at Gander International Airport, Newfoundland. In destroying the aircraft as a demonstration that Gorbechevs 1985 schedule had been met and the Americans were completely unaware. The Soviets killed 248 U.S. Army troops and 8 civilian crewmembers.

January 28th, 1986, Soviet EM warfare once again directed against the United States was successful with the destruction of the US space shuttle Challenger. The O-Ring story was a cover-up as well as the murders of our fellow Americans and astronauts.

The US Government and Military covered up the information and used false intelligence to their advantage. Shortly after that the US and Russia combined forces as was planned through the CFR and NATO for the coming World Order.

On Jan. 10, 1985 there was officially filed of record a Patent No. 4,686,605 entitled: a “Method and Apparatus for Altering a Region in the Earth’s Atmosphere, Ionosphere, and/or Magnetosphere”. The Patent was approved on Aug. 11, 1987. This Patent explains and describes the “Electron Cyclotron Resonance Heating” method that is presently being covertly and cooperatively used by the two super powers to help bring about their “One World Government”.

 The use of EM / ELF technologies: Successes 

[1] Artificially trigger earthquakes and volcanoes [The 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and recent China earthquake]

[2] develop high and low pressure weather cells that are used to steer the Jet Streams [Hurricane Katrina]

[3] transport and deposit microscopic entities such as viruses and chemical agents [Sars and H1N1] with the use of chemtrail aerial spraying

[4] create a phenomenon known as an earth damaging “electromagnetic pulse” [BlueBeam Mind Control] “Acoustic Psycho-correction technology.”

[note: this testing and development was the cause for the situation regarding as the "disappearing honey bees" which is ELF but not from cell phones but from testing to see the effects on environmental processes] Research is in progress to link this to Monsanto and GMO crop science. This may be linked to eradication of organic farming which would be greatly enhanced by the demise of insect and bird pollination. 

This APCT electronic technology is designed to invade the mind and short circuit its synapses and in the hands of government technicians, it may be used to disorient entire crowds, or to manipulate individuals into self destructive acts, through:

Dr Andrija Puharich in the mid fifties found clairvoyant’s brainwaves became 8 Hz when their powers were operative. Puharich trained people with bio-feedback to do this consciously, making 8 Hz waves. A healer made 8 Hz waves pass into a patient, healing their heart trouble, her brain emitting 8 Hz . One person emitting a certain frequency can make another also resonate to the same frequency.

The human brain is extremely vulnerable to any technology which sends out ELF waves, because they immediately start resonating to the outside signal by a kind of tuning-fork effect. Puharich experimented discovering 7.83 Hz is the earths natural ELF frequency and makes a person ‘feel good, whereas 10.80 Hz causes riotious behaviour and 6.6 Hz causes depression. Puharich made ELF waves change RNA and DNA, breaking hydrogen bonds to make a person have a higher vibratory rate. He wanted to go beyond the psychic 8 Hz brainwave and attract psi phenomena. James Hurtak, who once worked for Puharich, also wrote in his book The Keys of Enoch that ultra-violet caused hydrogen bonds to break and this raised the vibratory rate.

Puharich presented the mental effects of ELF waves to military leaders but they would not believe him. He gave this information to certain dignitaries of other Western nations. The US government burned down his home in New York to shut him up and he fled to Mexico. However Russians discovered which ELF frequencies did what to the human brain and began zapping the US Embassy in Moscow on 4 July 1976 with electromagnetic-waves, varying the signal, including focusing on 10 Hz to greatly effect their health and well being. Russians and North Koreans use this technology in interrogations.

“Others [terrorists] are engaging even in an eco-type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves… So there are plenty of ingenious minds out there that are at work finding ways in which they can wreak terror upon other nations…It’s real, and that’s the reason why we have to intensify our [counterterrorism] efforts.”   Secretary Of Defense William Cohen at an April 1997 counterterrorism conference 

 Dennis Kucinich figured that meant the US on it’s own population, subsequently he proposed Kucinich Bill HR 2977 and that was quickly buried along with articles of impeachment in file 86.

The U.S. military has a long history of secretly testing weapons on its unsuspecting civilian population, a practice that is illegal.  The history of this practice is as old as mustard gas. From Vietnam to the Utah State Prison incident where inmates were subjected to the experiments using Tesla technology in which messaging was transmitted in the purported voices of extraterrestrials.

Whether the Tesla ELF technology can be focused or broadcast relies on the tower transmitters either from a Woodpecker/HAARP center running through ground wave emergency network towers and through the conduit of chemtrail spraying of non-ferrous metals such as Barium, Aluminum , Cadmium, Mercury and Lead. This will effectively increase the ground based weaponry and go considerably far in destroying the agriculture, though the evidence has only indicated Aluminum and Barium being used over the last ten years, they are damaging and toxic to the environment.

Then there’s the RFID chipping technology and the ability to apply specific countermeasure to the Tesla effects. This would be integrated for the governing, military and enforcement factions of the state.  The simplest defense for ground ELF assault is metal flooring.

Every being has an ELF signature that may be as unique and their DNA that is decipherable by obtaining evoked potentials from EEGs in the 30-50 Hz, 5 milliwatt range of a person‘s bioelectric-field. Since these emissions are unique, they could remotely track someone in their monitoring range from satellite technology and mainframes similar to a Global Positioning System.

The possibility is present that the weaponry was used during the Iraqi invasion. The Slam Dunk was a marvel considering the Tesla ELF assault of 6.6 HZ could have greatly impacted the Iraqi army and caused severe depression or a 10-12 HZ assault to enhance anxiety, fear and confusion. It appears to this writer that the effect on our soldiers has been devastating and kept out of the MSM as usual, but the information I am finding online is much to be concerned about.

We have the information suggesting and confirming technology that can alter/create weather, change compound structure, control or disrupt cyber systems and space, alter mood and provide subconscious suggestion under severe duress and is currently in the hands of Russia and the US.  Now if that doesn’t make a nuclear winter look like a day at the beach, I must be suffering from a MONTAUK hangover.
