POLITIK BURLESQUE - by William Whitten (aka hybrid rogue)

Yes Coto, our old friend William is back but having a bit of technical difficulty signing in.  He's taking care of that now but until then, he asked me to post the following article for him which he wrote this morning.  His commentary on an article written by Rob Kall. ~jg

“The bill is another chimera of real change, guided by the faux change
president, Barack Obama.

We now know that Obama is a staunch
defender of big corporations, of lobbyist interests– not of consumers,
not of the people who worked so hard, with such hope and faith to
elect him.
Personally, I’m going to do all I can to denounce as many
of the perpetrators of the Finance and health reform legislation as I
can.

I’m going to work to make sure that Obama is a one term
president.”--Rob Kall

"Obama has betrayed the tens of millions who voted for him. His
sell-outs in favor of the biggest industries have become routine and
predictable.
We on the left need to do the same. We need to stop supporting
bluedogs and even “progressives” who fold when it really matters. It
is time. We are facing a world that I don’t want my children to live
in.--Kall

Rob Kall is the perfect example of a 'political commentator' who
simply doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Who is naïve
and so short sighted he can't see the end of his own nose...a dupe of
the dialectical right/left paradigm.
The real problem with he and his ilk is they keep falling for the same
bullshit time after time, and when shown real, rational, down to earth
sensible political analysis, that PREDICTS exactly what it takes him a
newly reamed ass to finally get—he rejects it as if one is speaking
Martian.
I was a commentator on his OpEd News site for some time. I really
twisted his diapers with my commentary—which told him exactly what was
going to happen—precisely what he harangues against above.

“You can't be afraid of words that speak the truth. I don't like words
that hide the truth. I don't like words that conceal reality. I don't
like euphemisms or euphemistic language. And American English is
loaded with euphemisms. Because Americans have a lot of trouble
dealing with reality. Americans have trouble facing the truth, so they
invent a kind of a soft language to protect themselves from it. And it
gets worse with every generation. "
He then proceeds to trace how the same combat-induced condition once
known as "shell shock" (two syllables, clear and evocative), gradually
evolved into "battle fatigue" (four syllables), then "operational
exhaustion" (eight syllables) and then into today's "post-traumatic
stress disorder." (eight syllables plus a hyphen!). And in the
process, its nature is concealed and its impact is quietly diluted.
--George Carlin

Mr. Kall,

I read your recent article on Greenville this morning.

Isn't it funny to be one of those people who wakes up each morning and
has to learn the whole world over again.

I [and a number of others] was able to predict everything you are so
indignant about in your article--even before the elections.

If you are honest with your own memory you may recall that.

My analysis, based on a repudiation of the Hegelian Left/Right
paradigm, could never quite sink in for you. You never could get it no
matter how it was explained.

Did you NOT want to get it because you would have to shed all of your
conditioning?

Is it because you have a comfortable 'nitch' in what passes for
"journalism" these days?

I will guarantee you, NOTHING you do will make an actual
difference--IF that is what you actually write for. If all you want to
do is continue to jaw, just keep up what you are doing. I mentioned
mediocrity once before....yes.

"The imperatives of imperialism cannot permit even otherwise
intelligent men to learn from the obvious lessons of history. And an
idiotized population with no historical memory facilitates the
repetition of costly crimes."
By Robert Dreyfuss …

It is curious to propose a political theory that consistently and
accurately predicts outcomes, but that is viewed as “wacky”, or
“conspiracy theory” by pretender 'dissidents'. The so-called
“progressive” politics of the “left” become as hysterical as any
“rightwing” “fascist” corporatist defender of the status quo.
The point is simple: The left and right will endlessly squabble and
the powerful will remain powerful and in fact gain in power, while the
'unfortunate' become more unfortunate. This is not a trend that can be
seriously denied by the sane. It can only become a point to quibble
over in the system as it stands—never addressed frontally and directly
in any frank manner.

The 'thousand points of light'; the concept that every opinion is as
worthy and valid as any other in a “democratic society”, will open the
floodgates of chaos to drown any valid and sane discussion of the core
of the system. This is because it is covertly verboten to actually
address the system in sane terms. If one hasn't learned his Newspeak
bible, one is headed for juju liable and defamation.

It is not “AS IF” the nation is under the spell of some black magic.
This nation IS under the spell of black magic.

It falls under a very post modern 'scientific' term, SOCIAL
ENGINEERING. But it is in fact simply the newest form of black
magic—the 'cursings' of the Kabbalah and the Talmudic Rebe. Yes an
ancient covert/occult attack on the human psyche. Nothing less.

The shifting linguistic ground is evidence of this; something that
Orwell tried to warn the future of. Words, political language is
manipulated to manipulate the perception of the world. Your concept of
the world is not the world—it is your concept of the world.

The dialectical process generates a synthetic complexity as a blanket
to cover simple issues, to hide the simplicity with complex algorithms
of what can be called in all simplicity, bullshit.
There is no business like bullshit. In the post modern world it is the
only game in town.

So, what is the core question? What is to be our chosen creed? That is
the core question.
Do we as Americans believe in the natural rights of man that were the
foundation stone to this nation?
This is the issue that lies buried under the blanket woven of 'public
relations', propaganda, perception manipulation, indoctrination and
mind control—Social Engineering.

  1. The same elegant commentary that we became accustomed to at that other place that shall remain nameless.

    Welcome back Will :)

  2. I tried to reach him by email and never got a response. I am so happy he's alive :)

Willie, you old son of a gun, I thought the committee got you. You were missed badly. Thanks Jersey.

Yes indeed, WW never fails to inspire me with the talent of words that I fail at. I can only report but never put it into Williams eloquent discourse.

But I think this article by the Vatican Assassin will help Rob Kall should he want to see from where his milk went sour.

  5. Kall, ever the DLC apologist, now says Obama will be a one-termer? Must be time for the flip side of the Corporate Party to take their turn again while we'll be expected to carp from the forever sidelines.

Toss the script. This scam just won't work again.

  8. So good to see William again! Eloquent is an understatement--he sums up what is going wrong in America (and elsewhere--the younger generation in Japan has been dumbed down and will be ripe pickins in about twenty years) and makes me glad to be a part of COTO.

  13. Yay Will! I'm glad you made it to us. Can you try and post your article now? I was all ready to but don't know how to transfer directly from pdf to here. The formatting becomes all screwed without paragraphs and spaces when I try and I'd have to go back and redo all the paragraphs etc.

If not you, maybe Patrick could help ? pretty please :) ( I'm sure there is an easier way than what I was going to do.)
