The Paean of Mr. M
This is a treatise on cynicism…er, could be circumcision. Nah, just kidding. In a time not too long ago I was witness to one of the most spot-on raging cynical geniuses I’ve had the pleasure to read. This guy has the instincts of a panther, and the verbal weapons to finish the job. Now I know him as…the Laughingstock?! Ha Ha Ha!!! A joke on us all? Life has its incongruities doesn’t it?
Who’da thought the “King of Skewering” would cloak his genius in…cartoons?! I’ve been blinded by the science dudes. But, now we gotta “think” about the meanings of his “art” when before I could revel in the bombastic damage he was doing to the “unthinking” and sleeping dolts lining up for their merciless shearings. Ohhh, the paean of it all… I was cheering all the way!
I was just thinking about the strategic manner in which words are used today. How language and words are used to color the Truth and Reality. Used to confuse, is what it is. Try and steer emotions around in the undercurrents, foam up a rationalization, loosely based on the emotions and then “sell” the “thought nugget” like it’s a World Class Epiphany mouse trap. M can smell em across the ocean.
Consider, the Central Intelligence Agency. Usually referred to as a monogram, anagram, pentagram, some kind of spam…group. You know what I mean. They’re “covert”. Shhhh. Look to your right. Look to your left. QUIET!!!
Listen closely…
Here’s the Truth. All the B.S. stories and movies and histories we’ve been “sold” over the years are “fictional” representations of “stuff” that happened. Maybe. Maybe not. Can you tell? The victors write the history, and the losers get the infamy. And posterity “buys” the stories. Hmmmm…
M and other brothers up-in-arms used to hammer on 9/11 inconsistencies, Smirking Chimp, Twisted people and twisted facts, the B.S. fictions, and ludicrous conflations we were continually fed by the MSM and other shylocks. I think all of COTO was clued in, fired up, and stating the OBVIOUS as usual! And here we all sit… members of the United States of Confusion. WTF! Though COTO members are not card carrying "confusednicks". New word. hmmmm...
I miss M’s ragings and rants. You’re like Don Rickles on steroids working a room! Biting, on target, and slaying everyone. You had some powerful “mojo” going, and being from New Orleans, you know what I mean. Kudos. Remember, you have many voices. Never stop shouting ‘cause its music to the ears of many people whose hearts are kindred. And the rest of the deadbeats -- well, maybe you just might wake the dead!
Really M, this is just a “Hey, What’s Up Brother?” Miss the jousting. It was easier to pile on the victim when a little blood was on the field. Come out and ROAST one of us periodically just for the Zing of It!
It’d be a howl! Button pushing. Remember how good it feels?

ReplyDeleteActually, there's little to rage about in here, I mean, who am I going to get pissed at? I imagine wolves do fight among themselves from time to time, but I doubt ever to the death.
I much envisioned we'd be like a pack of wolves invading other sites and seizing upon unsuspecting herds of sheeple, tear them to shreds, than come back to our lair and savor our victory.
For instance, I was engaged with some dick-weed defenders of global warming over at Common Dreams earlier today spewing my usual verbal barbs.
But in reality, I don't spend as much time playing the COINPROTEL game bantering with the hopeless ingrates that are either to something or other to get it by now.
But I do miss it. There is something invigorating about bitch-slapping some half-wit government stooge with the golden-glove of truth.
I'm trying to spend time on my toons. With the Levee I'm reaching 50,000 people a month, and with my strip I can take the message to a new level.
I was hoping to also get a troupe of actors together and do some street theater, Truther style.
Of course I'm doing all this while trying to make a living, which I might add isn't getting any easier for an old fart with an attitude.
So again, thank you for this little eulogy, it's always nice to know you're respected, especially by such an august group that lay in this lair.

Yep, guerilla fighting suits us fine. When necessary, we reserve the right for frontal assault on the lobotomized. Will Revert to Step 1 and slap everything back to black and blue that acts arrogant and exudes stupidity .

Mr M is what drew me to that cesspool known as oped news. He was a standout and I looked forward to reading each and every one of his comments. He made me want to join his army of truth tellers that had taken residence up at oen. We became fast friends and when he shared his art with me, and it is art, I was blown away by the talent this man has. He really is better than most msm cartoonists and should be receiving the big $$$ they are. M, you are the best !

We received a little stocking stuffer from Cinderman wishing us continued implosion. He was timely with the seasonal message, bless his heart.
I will remind him COTO, like the universe is expanding and our small nucleus is powerful.
Next year as the realities of our time may seem to be closing in, we can expand our brane with our collective brain and more important our common insatiable desire for the truth.
The white knights of the sky started early here but it will not bring me down today.

ReplyDeleteMostly I've been hitting the pro-global warming articles on Common Dreams and a few other progressive sites that seemed to have swallowed the whole scam hook-in-and-sinker. Brad Blog being another. (and of course near all these sites still stay far away from anything to do with the Holy Grail of 9/11. Only so much truth they can handle, I guess?)
And it's a shame, because there are causes they promote I'm all for, for instance, Brad is all about reforming the election process, but is an ardent pro-global warming minion.
Which I fear is one of the biggest, and worst, fall-outs of this scam, it's fragmenting an already fragmented resistance.
It's sort of a damned-if-you-do and damned-if-you-don't situation. In a defeat of a formation of a global government, it will at the same time tear communities apart for what it will expose to achieve that defeat.
Anyway, what's funny now is that I'm being attacked now much like TM and others over at OEN were attacked. Currently they've decided I must be a "paid troll."
I wish, I just lost another job, and friend, because of my outspokenness, so I could use the money.
Never thought I'd feel sorry for TM.
Well that's not true, I always felt sorry for him, but to have the same barbs thrown at me, as I use to see thrown at him, is a bit disconcerting.
But I suppose when you come armed with weapons of mass truth, in the form of documentation, commonsense, and an ability to admit a mistake when they occur, their only defense are diversionary sneak attacks.
So, sure, lets do this for shits and giggles, maybe we'll all get some of that fighting edge back bantering with the blue-pill poppers at other sites. It could only increase our readership as we use our documentation as links to bluster any argument.
So, all this week, lets pick on Common Dreams.

We can each suggest other sites and articles that we may wish to invade and wreck havoc on, where havoc is needed. Although I imagine I've already been banned from many of them. (sigh)

I suspect we're being watched. They might have been afraid all along that we'd break out of our cocoon and do this. I mean, really, we don't really effect anything here other than informing each other of new events. Our real effect comes from infusing so-called progressive sites with an injection of courage to breach the boundaries of acceptable topics.

I think the devisiveness is the whole point! Even if "climate" change isn't upon us, change of every other kind is at hand. We are in the middle of a major extinction event, the environment's a mess, corporate crooks have captured all and sundry. We should agree to disagree and focus on what we can do something about.

ReplyDeleteLike the others I was attracted to M's passion, truth, and outspokenness. I was stoked by his brave posts on OEN.
I used to blog alot and perhaps will start up again. I was Lance last year on Truthdig taking on the nuke industry. I just finished practically burning down my own peace group arguing against anthropogenic global warming, against the green house gas theory, against Inconvenient Truth, and against any action to stop global warming which where it does exist is impossible to stop. The glaciers have been melting the last 20,000 years. AGW is a fraud in support of bankrupt nuclear industry as its hidden agenda. The peace group attacking me is headed by a Democratic Party worker--they elected Obama. It is as bad as Code Pink selling out. It is all corrupt and deception so what M does is about the best investment a beautiful person could make in the future: spread the truth and never back down. M and us have already won. What we are experiencing is the weirdness of being on this whole trip. They are going down slowly and we need to be ready to finish the whole damn house of cards off. Stay alert and recognize the weakest points, probably right at consciousness level....
There's the evil side of Feminism and the triad of it's agenda. What human rights represents to women is all there needs to be. Anything else is an divisive agenda under the guises of the ADL, ACLU and SPLC.
