VeriChip shares jump after H1N1 patent license win

It appears the "mark of the beast" has manifested itself in the VeriChip.  Makes one wonder just who really wrote the Bible and if it is prophecy or a blueprint for control developed very early on......~jg

Sept 21 (Reuters) - Shares of VeriChip Corp (CHIP.O) tripled after the company said it had been granted an exclusive license to two patents, which will help it to develop implantable virus detection systems in humans.

The patents, held by VeriChip partner Receptors LLC, relate to biosensors that can detect the H1N1 and other viruses, and biological threats such as methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, VeriChip said in a statement.

The technology will combine with VeriChip's implantable radio frequency identification devices to develop virus triage detection systems.

The triage system will provide multiple levels of identification -- the first will identify the agent as virus or non-virus, the second level will classify the virus and alert the user to the presence of pandemic threat viruses and the third level will identify the precise pathogen, VeriChip said in a white paper published May 7, 2009.

Shares of VeriChip were up 186 percent at $3.28 Monday late afternoon trade on Nasdaq. They had touched a year high of $3.43 earlier in the session. (Reporting by Mansi Dutta in Bangalore; Editing by Mike Miller and Anil D'Silva)

13- 17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.

13- 18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

  2. Well, well, this blows all worries about the new e-health card (Germany) right out of the water! But technically speaking and to our advantage, a complete introduction of these systems will be a rocky road plagued with technical issues.

One would like to hold on to the idea that an unwelcome chip can be easily removed ...Hollywood has already provided these pictures...but what if the chip is implanted a bit deeper or maybe even in the middle of your face, behind your nose?

As an ex- avid sci fi reader, I can see it all happening, according to plan. This is the direction things are moving. We have our work cut out for us. It begins with an "R" and ends with "esist".

  6. The problem is Curt that they will eventually make it impossible to live without one unless you are totally off the grid. How many people can manage that?

We will need it to enter a hospital, to do our banking, to enter school, to get a driver's license... See? That's how they get ya.

  10. " ... and yes, there is a fee."

Last night a neighbor invited me to a LandMark meeting. I went just to9 get out of the house for a while. I had no idea what LM was.

For those that also do not know, it seems to be a world-wide empowering group, 2 or 3 day sessions costing $395.

Well, first I almost left after they told me I couldn't film the event, and questioned why I'd want to, but it was when one of the audience said he admired Barack Obama as a family model that my head literally hit the deck.

During hard times groups come out of the word-work to feed off the misery. If this was so good, and it's connected with wealthy elite, they certainly would have enough money to release this information for free.

  11. One of the best SciFis I read had two brothers seperated when they were very little. One grew up in the technocity which was under a massive bubble that created an artificial atmosphere. How many such technocities existed worldwide was not mentioned in the book. Let's say....5. Everything else was off the grid. Everything. Mother nature had taken everything back and the majority of mankind lived in the woods or jungles without running water, electricity, VerChips, etc. The people in the technocities were kept in fear of life outside the bubble just as the people living in the woods or in the jungle had only heard horror stories about life in he bubble. In between the two worlds, all there was was POLICE...you know, militarized stiffs that went around hunting the "animals" down and hauling them off to be their slaves or lab test pigs or whatever. Like the early Bronze Age outside and Almost Cpt. Kirk stuff in the technocity. The real crack in the bubble's security system was the enhanced ESP the simple folks outside had developed while the folks inside had dumbed down considerably. Those inside led a more modern life and they thought they were secure....had the best weather, sunshine whenever they wanted it etc. The one brother who was captured and taken inside could still comunicate with his brother on the outside. For the sake of the story, let's say these two brothers had an exceptionally high ESP level. So the story begins. How it ends is another story.

Having said all that, I believe we will have a mass resistance, worldwide, with loads of people not playing along with every new chip big mother comes up with. But I also believe mankind will soon blow itself straight back into the stoneage ....in some places. In a way, I kinda hope the majority will go back to living off the grid and in peace with mother nature. Ah, and you forget, I'm a techie. The motto on my collar used to read "we forge ahead". In other words, we will find a way to resist.

  12. 12 seconds in, this guy starts to quote the bible. WARNING WILL ROBINSON ! WARNING !!

M, them Tupperware Parties aint what they used to be. These days, they ask you to bring extra batteries, your kid's piggybank, your gramma's false teeth and a change of undies while a can of condensed milk used to be enough.

  13. When it comes to money scams, Trudeau makes AJ look like a rooky newspaper boy. I'm not surprised AJ would at least partially parott Trudeau's Memes. Nobody's perfect.

  14. The story you tell about is a theme repeated in many sci fi books and movies. We seem to be living inside so many sci fi novels today. Logan's Run is a movie I loved back in the 70's. You know the age o "never trust anyone over 30?"

In this movie there is a mandatory death sentence for anyone turning 21. Kinda sounds like the eugenics program of today. Kill off the old and disabled first and any younger that can't withstand the bastards onslaught of biological warfare on the human race.

I'd love to take my entire family and live off the grid and go back to nature but I am no more prepared to do that than I am to shut down my computer right now and never turn it on again.

Resist? Damn straight I will and my kids are ready to do the same. Our ending to this sci fi story? Don't have a clue...

  15. I listened to AJ when he had Trudeau on. He voiced his own doubts about the guy. As far as I know he's never had him back. I think he was probably sorry he had that particular guest on his show.

I always thought Trudeau was a shill but still liked the fact that he touted natural remedies over big pharma drugs. I'm still not sure what that's about.

  16. M, what did they discuss at the LM meeting? Was it a crowd of middle aged Obama youth types?

I agree. Anything proclaimed to be a warning to help humanity shouldn't have a price tag on it short of helping to chip in for production costs of blank dvds & paper and people's time to spread the word.

  18. Mostly it was shades of Dale Carnegie, and Law of Attraction.

Being New Orleans it was a fairly mixed crowd, mostly middle-aged, fairly split between white and black. The two speakers were black women.

My neighbor has taken the course and swears by it. She's an intelligent women, if not a bit zany, with some problems of her own.

Maybe its because after years of after years of being in sales and having to sit through hundreds, if not thousands, of sales meetings, taking all the sales courses, that I've become jaded. Maybe
I've just been around the block once too often, and become a cynical old-fart, maybe it's hanging out with you guys, I don't know? To me it was them drawing out what you think is wrong with you and how to correct your thought patterns to achieve personal goals.

All in all not a bad thing, and if you need guidance in helping you to do that, I guess this wouldn't be a bad thing. I'm just not much of a joiner. Besides, I don't have $395, or time to spare.
